My family and I had a great stay here for about a week. Helpful staff, nice clean lobby area, and the rooms were decent. The best part was the buffet breakfast. We looked forward to it every morning. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again (probably will in a few months).

We truly enjoyed this hotel. Hotel staff especially service staff are kind, polite and professional. Ladies and gentlemen who work in the kitchen for breakfast- huge shoutout to these guys to be so friendly and welcoming despite huge crowds during holiday season. Rooms look new and refreshing and hallways are clean too. They do charge parking fees but again this place is close to all attractions that you may want to goto. Their breakfast was good - adding few more fruits options would be awesome! Overall, loved the place!

The room is really nice! Only hotel in the area that has continental breakfast, I don’t know if it was because it was Christmas-New Years that it was so packed but you can barely even fit in the breakfast area to get breakfast if you come early or late so be prepared. Breakfast was ok. Housekeeping came everyday and made the room so nice! Staff is kind! The pool is warmed but wish the hot tub was more hot, it was warm but not super hot but had good jets. Great stay! I recommend! The area is gated off, behind it’s a little sketchy but overall pretty good area especially if you are planning on going to sea world with children it’s not too far. Plus it has a raising canes right in front if you love to go there! Great week here!

The hotel is fine, service good, and the fitness room well appointed. My main beef was the $75 parking fee added to my bill When I registered. I was shocked and dismayed. That is quite a bait and switch! Definitely enough for me to not stay here again.

I loved the room itself as it had all the amenities we needed, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. Although the water barely got hot. It was definitely warm showers, more on the colder side. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by being placed beneath extremely noisy guests for the entire duration. I requested a room change but was told the hotel was “sold out.” I ended up filing a complaint every night, which is something I’ve never had to do before. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I travel and stay in hotels often. While I understand that the rude and inconsiderate behavior of other guests wasn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, nothing was done to address the issue or make the situation right. No resolution was ever offered. I highly recommend reserving on the highest level floor if you’d like to get a good nights sleep or watch tv and actually be able to hear it.
