My husband and I stayed here last weekend for his surprise birthday trip, and while part of our experience was wonderful, another part was very disappointing.
When I first called to ask if the hotel could do something small for my husband’s birthday because he's had a tough year (even offering to pay), Mayra was extremely dismissive and unhelpful — not what you’d expect from someone in hospitality. Thankfully, when I called again, I spoke to Josh (or Jack), who was the complete opposite: kind, enthusiastic, and eager to make our stay special.
At check-in, Mallory greeted us warmly and had a small balloon and card waiting — such a thoughtful gesture that truly made our weekend memorable. Those two employees deserve recognition for going above and beyond.
Unfortunately, when I later called about an unexpected charge, I reached Mayra again, and her attitude hadn’t changed. She brushed me off basically saying it wasn't their problem and “No other guests have a problem with it.” It was disappointing to end an otherwise lovely trip on that note.
Josh/(Jack) and Mallory made our stay feel special — Mayra, unfortunately, did the opposite. I hope management recognizes the difference and takes action to uphold the great service Hampton Inn is known for.
Side note: The hotel was clean, the beds were comfy and the hot breakfast hit the spot. We left a little tip for the cleaning ladies that were so nice.

Good hotel. Worth the price. I was checked up on by staff daily as well as daily room service. Limited parking spaces so I spent my trip using public transportation to avoid having no parking space to come back to. Not sure if it’s because I’m from Fresno but I didn’t find the surrounding areas concerning at all. My room had a microwave and mini fridge. I’d stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here but after we returned from our evening out, it was near impossible to find parking at the hotel- which considering it's an extra charge to pay for parking was frustrating. We were lucky that one of the hotel employees was able to find us a spot, because otherwise, since it was late in the evening and we were tired and hangry, it would have been an issue. Other than that, the pool was great, breakfast was delicious.

Very nice new facility.
Large comfortable room. The second sink for drinks in the seating area is a great touch.
Parking lot is far too small for this size of a location. It makes the valet parking virtually mandatory. I’m not sure where the Valet takes the cars because there didn’t appear to be a “Valet Only” area.
While the location is great for being close to several attractions and the airport, the immediate area around the hotel is a little concerning. Hopefully this is an upgrading neighborhood and the hotel is just ahead of the curve.
