The room and staff were great! The problem I had was when I called to make a reservation I asked for a pet friendly room and if they had parking. I was not told about the additional charges for these options. ($75 pet charges, and $40 per day for parking) Also the there was a lot of construction going on during my stay.

Poor soundproofing and terrible service. Arrived for check-in at the scheduled time only to be told the room wasn't ready. I was forced to wait without even a hint of an apology. This is wasting my holiday.

We did not initially book this hotel. We had reserved a room at the Residence Inn which is a street away. Unfortunately they overbooked and we were told to come to this hotel. It was awful. The carpet is outdated, the elevator was making many sounds, under construction, and the room we were assigned was facing the trolley and had a running toilet. We left immediately. I would not stay here. The surrounding streets did not appear safe.

It not fair to evaluate as they are doing major renovations. No water till 4 or 5 so no check in till then. Parking is severely limited because of the construction. People are friendly and service is good. Cannot get into the room because of computer malfunction.

The hotel has water front views from only the hallways and lobby. If you’re placed on the side of the train, good luck. It runs every few minutes and you can hear it no matter what floor you’re on.
Rooms could use a little facelift too like the TVs aren’t smart and you can’t use your own streaming. Walls are thin you can hear people next door easily.
There is also only ONE tiny microwave in the lobby, none in the rooms, which is horrible.
The hotel always seems to be under construction based on other reviews too. Currently they’re doing a very heavy facelift on many areas but specifically the elevators.
Parking is $40 a day which is insane but does make sense for the area.
Being right next to Little Italy was also a perk.
Staff were nice enough and breakfast was your usual Hilton classic.
Would I stay here again? Maybe? Only if I can be far away from the train which doesn’t seem possible.
