    The staff were incredibly helpful and patient throughout our stay. Customer service was truly 10/10. Andrew at the front desk went above and beyond for us, and we really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. I was working remotely during my stay, and the ample amount of space and access to individual work areas and outlets in the lobby made it so convenient and comfortable. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast area was clean and well stocked, and the overall experience was fantastic. No complaints at all — we’ll definitely be back!

    Meh. Just another overpriced hotel. And why is everyone seemingly okay paying for parking these days? I'm a guest paying for a room! This is crazy. People need to just start staying at places that don't charge for parking. Let the rooms go vacant.

    This is one of my favorite hotels to stay in when I travel to San Diego area for work or play. Centrally located. Close to Torrey pine state Beach and Del Mar.

    It is absolutely unethical that management at this location would not do the right thing for any customer, moreover a Hilton Diamond member. Upon making reservation and trying to checkin and due to internet outage in the area of this hotel, it became impossible for the hotel to check guests into their rooms. Outage was throughout the entire day. So much that at even the 4pm checkin time rooms still not accessible. The management would NOT cancel reservations so guests, myself included to go elsewhere. Meaning holding guests responsible to their reservation due to NO fault of their own. So much that even tho I never checked into a room, never received a key, nor a digital key, I was somehow considered “In-house” IE: occupying the room. Hilton honors would not help, this location front desk just ripped me off and who knows who else. Charging credit card for the stay. Despicable way to treat a Diamond member.

    Rooms are nice, though a bit spartan compared to Hampton of years past. The breakfast was quite good. Service was quite good. Using the Hilton app for room entry didn't work... Again. There is a charge for parking. Why separate? They want you to pay for "premium Internet" above the free version. These extra charge things are a drag on an otherwise fine location.
