    Absolutely terrible experience at this Hampton by Hilton. The front desk representative, Chantel, was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I checked in. I politely mentioned that I’m a Hilton Honors member, and instead of acknowledging it or offering the standard courtesy, she acted dismissive and annoyed. I experienced clear mistreatment and was not treated equally compared to other guests. Under California law, guests are entitled to equal treatment and service, and that standard was not met here. The way I was treated felt discriminatory and racist, which is completely unacceptable. There was zero appreciation for loyalty, no hospitality, and no effort to make the stay comfortable. I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties, and this was by far the worst treatment I’ve received. Very disappointing and not at all what you expect from the Hilton brand. I would not recommend this location.

    Perfect place to rest at a great value! This hotel is hyper clean, bed are comfortable, the entire staff is friendly, hot breakfast is plentiful, the weight room is well equipped, access from the freeway is easy, self parking is “affordable” at $18/day. I would definitely stay again!

    I really like this hotel! The location is great. You have a gas station/conveniencemart and a Taco Bell right outside and other shopping is just a very short drive away. I took a walk to the beach and it took me about a half hour. The staff was kind, courteous, and friendly and they were always cleaning and making sure the place looked nice. They also have coffee tea and lemon or cucumber water in the lobby along with a delicious breakfast every morning until 10:00 a.m.. Check-in was easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, very comfortable beds and sheets. Water pressure in the shower was great. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash mounted on the walls. Plenty of charging areas for devices in the room as well. They also have a little convenience market downstairs. What I really appreciated though as someone who was by herself for part of the time was that they would text me and check on me to make sure I was having a good stay. That made me feel safe. I would certainly stay here again. Very reasonably priced. Thank you so much! This was a peaceful and relaxing stay.
