Loved the hotel for the trip. The parking and layout of buildings was a bit strange. They provide a map of the buildings. Make clear at checkin thay you u derstood where your building and room and parking are at. Easy to get lost if the simply give you the map.

Our family stayed at this Doubletree, when we arrived Manolito helped us checked in. He was very welcoming and very kind. We stayed at the main building, nothing special, the bathroom actually had this smell, kind of like sewer. We had to close the bathroom door after use, the smell did not go into the bed area. The location is perfect, the parking fee is OK as well for the area. Shuttle driver was really nice as well, we used it coming and going to the airport. Hamid also another excellence helpful person that helped us. Kind staffs are hard to find, I had my worse Hilton stay experience at Doubletree Victoria in Victoria Island, Canada, earlier this year. But kind staffs like Manolito and Hamid made our stay welcomed!

Do not waste your money. I paid for a king balcony but was given a ground-level room in the section that is set up like a motel. My room was a few doors away from a main road. I was traveling alone and staying in the room by myself. I was very uncomfortable and did not feel safe. The parking pass stopped working a day into my 3-day stay (the front desk was nowhere near my room, so that was frustrating). In addition to this, they charged me for multiple items that I did not purchase. They said it was a clerical error and refunded, but I'm sure this is a normal practice and they hope you won't notice in the middle of the other 100 line items of fees. Also, be aware that the motel building was not built very well. You can hear every single sound in the surrounding rooms.

The hotel staff was wonderful. We had car trouble and arrived a day late and they were so accommodating. They got us in a room by noon so we could take showers and regroup before getting half out group to the airport— the shuttle drivers both ways were on point, got us there on time and delivered the rest of our group to our doorstep. I also had a stupid fall in the parking lot (I'm night blind and an idiot, lol,) and the staff was so attentive— they were right there to help me get cleaned up and bandaged. Truly great customer service. The tower 2 ground floor rooms around the mini golf are really nice and quiet but not fancy. It's sort of "motor lodge" in that you have an exterior entrance at the parking lot but, honestly, I like that. Thanks again, crew, for your extra assistance.
