I recently stayed at this hotel, & I unfortunately was not satisfied with what I had received vs what I paid for. We got in & we get into our room, & the walls had stuff on them. On the bathroom mat there was a huge clump of hair on it, as well as the blankets were dirty. I gave them the benefit of the doubt & had my brother come into town & I got him a hotel room there hoping the experience would be different. Absolutely not. There was blood on the blankets, & when they called to change the blankets, we were met with attitude, & were just given the blankets to put on the bed ourselves. All around, i did not have a great experience at all.

+ clean room, good location
- annoying buzzing noise at night;
- paid parking (the booking platform might not show you it’s 23$ per day)
Our first hotel in the US that charged us per parking. Probably oriented towards guests arriving from the airport, apparently there’s a shuttle service on site.

I was on the phone with the Hilton Honors people trying to straighten out my account and find my reservation and finally the customer service rep gave up and just told me to go to the front desk. Within a few minutes Manolito helped me and had me on my way with my room keys and it made me feel so much better.
Also, they give warm cookies to their guests.

I chose this location because i was only staying one night and my friends from Mx were dropping me off. Because we crossed the border so early to beat the return traffic i got here extremely early. The front desk team was amazing and helpful. They stored my bags (gave me a cookie) and told me they would try to get my room available as soon as possible. They did get me checked in early! I was a little surprised I had to walk to building 5 from the main lobby...but it was a beautiful day and they DID check me in early! No complaints!

Not even close to Hilton standard. Not a big guy but have to turn sideways to get into bathroom. Fresh paint slapped on to cover mold/mildew smell. Now smells like both. Elevators inop. Truely best described as a motel. I’ve stayed at much nicer motel 6 properties. The location is saving grace only positive
