I stayed at this hotel a couple of days ago and had a very frustrating experience. The hotel did not provide any complimentary bottled water in the room, so we brought our own bottled water. After checkout, I noticed that $4 was deducted from my deposit.
When I called the front desk, I was told that the charge was because empty water bottles were found in the room. This explanation makes no sense, since the hotel never provided bottled water in the first place-the bottles were from water we brought ourselves.
The front desk refused to resolve the issue and instead asked me to email the accounting department. For a $4 charge, I ended up wasting an unreasonable amount of time and effort. I have never stayed at a hotel with such an absurd and unreasonable policy. Very disappointing experience.

Stay here just for the location. Rooms are outdated, the carpet's probably older than the hotel itself (figuratively). Our room had a balcony which wouldnt open and the hotel had it locked out. There was no pressure or hot water coming in during the morning hours so be prepared for that. No free parking either, my mistake that I didnt look it up, but pretty expensive to park in their hotel which felt frustrating.

I would like to give a special shout to Sabrina with HGV. She was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. What stood out most was how naturally she engaged with my child, she’s warm, patient, and genuinely excited to interact with my daughter, which made her feel special and comfortable. Her positive energy and attention to detail elevated our entire experience, and she is a true asset to Hilton Hotel!

Attended a famy member's company Christmas party. Buffet was excellent, buffet attendants made sure food was kept warm and refreshed as needed, servers were very attentive in clearing dishes from the table as well as filling water & iced tea glasses, bar tenders very personalable. Dessert was slightly disappointing, but this was due to the selections made by the company Christmas committee. Would highly recommend!

The hotel was beautiful, super clean and at a great great location. There's lots of restaurants and shopping stores walking distance. But the service and attention to client.....was not so great. It felt like we were being micro managed....and the front desk denied us 1 extra cookie at check in....they said they could only give one, we're running low and we're reserved for checking in....which we were. This was the night of 12-12-25. I ordered a coffee at their Starbucks and the cashier/barista just kept staring at me as I just used a stir stick to mix my drink as if I was gonna grab something extra....it was just that feeling our whole stay. Like if we were being monitored. It was not a welcoming feeling at all. Just the food staff that catered our meal for a meeting we booked for the day was so nice. Alberto was so attentive and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you Alberto and the lady who helped you serve! The ladies from the cleaning carts were also so nice and always greeted us with a welcoming smile. Everyone else, it felt like everything was coming out of their paycheck. We've stayed and had our business meetings at other Double Tree locations and they had all been great. Would get extra cookies for days and staff had been so nice. But not at this location. I would not recommend or stay here again, and its a shame because it is a wonderful and beautiful hotel and great great location.
