My stay at the DoubleTree Hilton was absolutely tremendous from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, elegant, and professionally maintained. The hotel really lives up to the Hilton reputation—clean spaces, smooth operations, and a level of comfort that makes you feel at home instantly. Everything from the lobby to the room carried that touch of quality you expect from a top-tier hotel.
A huge part of my experience was thanks to Payton, the receptionist who welcomed me. She was truly exceptional—professional, graceful, and incredibly attentive. The way she greeted me made me feel valued right away, and her warm hospitality set the tone for my entire stay. She didn’t just check me in; she made me feel like a guest who mattered.
What stood out even more was how genuinely she honored and respected my Hilton Gold Membership. It wasn’t just a standard acknowledgment—she made sure every benefit was clearly explained and smoothly delivered. That level of care and attention is rare, and I appreciated it more than words can express. Patron represented Hilton in the best possible way.

Staff was super friendly and a nice location. The first room I got had trash left in it and hadn’t been cleaned so I had to move to a second. Then at 9pm at night I was woken up by maintenance men knocking and attempting to enter my room for an unknown reason. I let staff know and they just stated they would speak with maintenance. I would not recommend.
Edited to reply to staff. I did tell staff and they were kind but did nothing except apologize.

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to the two lobby attendants, Peyton and Taylor! From the moment I walked in, they instantly matched my silly personality and made me feel welcome. Not only did they go out of their way to get me into my room earlier than scheduled, but they also took the time to walk me through all the amenities available. Their energy and kindness truly made my day! It’s rare to meet employees who combine professionalism with such genuine hospitality.
