The friendliest staff I've met at a hotel in a long time, everyone greets you no matter what time of day you walk through the lobby. The room was 11/10. When I booked the family suite I was not expecting THAT. So much room, so perfect for a family with small kids after a very long drive. We never heard another guest staying there and the back of the hotel is up against a hillside and there's no one else around but some fun wildlife we noticed in the trees. The kids didn't want to leave! Can't say I blame them, we didn't either. Thank you! Will be staying here again. The ONLY note would be that the beds were a bit uncomfortable. But everything else was surpassed expectations so much that I can look past a few nights on a harder mattress.
