Overall worst hotel experience of my life!! I only put 1 star cus that’s the only option.

The main problems was that WiFi was not working the whole time we were there. This was a problem since I had to work on Friday. And the second issue was that the AC was not working ( needed with the sun shining into our room )

Die Sauberkeit ist schrecklich, der Boden war voller Dreck, die Wände waren dreckig, die Vorhänge waren verschmutzt, die Dusche war schmutzig und die Armaturen fielen auseinander. An der Decke waren nasse Flecken und voller Feuchtigkeit. Auf dem Betten und in Bezügen befanden sich Haare. Der Aufzug ist so laut, dass man ihn die ganze Nacht und den ganzen Morgen extrem hört und Schlaf undenkbar ist. Nach der ersten Nacht wurde ich mit lauter Flecken am Körper wach. Wir haben in den letzten Jahren viele Hotels in Amerika gesehen, dieses ist bei weitem das Schlechteste. Das Personal ist insbesondere an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich und Kritik wird nicht angenommen, sondern es wird einem frech entgegengetreten. Wenn Sie einen schönen Urlaub haben wollen, buchen sie dieses Hotel nicht. Das einzig Gute war der kostenlose Parkplatz.
