Terrible attitude and countenance by Maggie at reception, not friendly, dismissing and overall rude. Been coming for some time, this time might be the last. Last couple of stays have also been disappointing, mostly due to the Subpar service and information given at check in. Too bad the remodel doesn't match the experience.
