  Eigenlich ganz ordentliche Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon. Auch das Bad war nett. Dieses Hotel war das einzige auf unserer ganzen Reise in Kalifornien, in dem wir von dem netten Reinigungspersonal gefragt wurden, ob wir einen Zimmerservice wünschten. Nach der zweiten Übernachtung wurde ungefragt alles auf den neusten Stand gebracht. Empfang war nett und hilfsbereit. Kaffe gibt es am Morgen bis 10 Uhr am Automaten beim Empfang oder auch in einigen Nebenhäudern. Cooler Poolbereich, der Spaß macht. Top! Schöner Aussenbereich mit gepflegten tropischen Pflanzen. Einzig der Zugang zu den Zimmern ist etwas mässig. Die Teppiche vor allem im Treppenhaus stinken unglaublich. Parkplatz war in unserer Zeit kostenlos.

  Clean rooms, great location, awesome customer service. Clinton at the front desk was friendly & professional, he gave us a few recommendations on bars & restaurants nearby that completely made our trip. We’ll be back, thank you!

  The rooms we got were sooo small nothing compared to what were in the pictures earlier. Reason I gave 3 stars on experience is because the carpets we got were awful, dirty, sticky, patchy with water patches. We worked around wearing flip ons while on carpet. They don’t have a breakfast included but the restaurant on-site is really good. We tried grandma pancakes, Avacado toast and omelettes.. they were all good.. staff were friendly too to accommodate for kids requests.. Fyi, Kids had fun with making their own hot chocolates 7 am to 10 am.. adults had their portions of fun with making their own coffees.. I am neutral when it comes to recommending this place is because of our experience with carpets.. location wise it’s perfect.! We got sunrise benefits the moment we open the room door.. plus chance to not have to drive for morning walk for sun rise.. tons off good restaurants close by as well.. will leave to reader to infer n conclude their priorities to having hotel room.

  Return after many years and still a great place to stay. Marina on one side where many America's Cup yachts are, and San Diego North Island and channel to view incoming and outgoing ships. We will be coming back again.

  My husband was part of a wedding party at this hotel & I booked a King "Water View" room for a 2 night stay. I checked in and headed straight to the wedding, after, I realized that our room did not have a "Water View" but rather a view of a parking lot and another building. There was a wall that blocked the view and if you leaned over the balcony you could catch a glimpse of the bay. I booked a water view room because we planned to watch the Bay of lights Christmas boat parade. The following morning my husband spotted a ROACH. I called the manager (Dan/Dani) who was irate and very unprofessional, he said "So what, you saw 1 roach", he continued to argue that the room says water view and that's what it is. His temperament was so nasty. I told him that I am unable to get a word in, and he yelled "spit it out... say what you wanna say". I could not believe the lack of professionalism. I used an expletive and he screamed "your banned, you can never stay here again"! This manager is deplorable, he offered no apology for my experience or any reasonable solution it is hard to believe that this is how he speaks to guests. I felt unheard, disrespected and dismissed. Dealing with him was truly a bad experience, not to mention the lack of water view and the ROACH.
