- SMSonja Muchen4 days ago5.0Location is central to getting around. Short walk will take you to Little Italy or the waterfront. Central to train line that will take you anywhere you want to go such as Old Town, Gaslamp and more. My only issue was inconsistent hot water.

Never in the 5 years has he had an issue with his work inventory. They were very very rude and discriminatory towards him they are lucky i wasnt there.. we pay for a good service and this definantly was HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! Not even worth 1 star Update : My husband was turned away for just for having lots of boxes of inventory that he needed to work on... like i mentioned before hes NEVER NEVER had any issue with any best western until now! How can you not say hes not be discriminated. And let me update you he went ahead and called best western guest relations services and they took care of him by booking him a reservation at the seven seas best western and he was welcomed without hesitation no issues and all his work inventory.. so clearly he was discriminated at your hotel!
- JJJoshJan 4, 20265.0They have treated us quite well. They initially sent us up to the wrong room but then compensated by moving us to the top floor. Then our flight was cancelled and they let us keep our room for good price. Also they have been very friendly!
- SCSam CallisDec 31, 20255.0No breakfast, but it does have a free coffee maker in the lobby that can make all types. We booked this hotel because it offered the best price compared to others downtown and it is right next to Little Italy. Each room has a microwave and mini fridge. The pool is heated (still a little chilly) but the hot tub was great. Parking is $30 a night. That is cheaper than almost every other hotel i came across. We had an issue with hot water that they fixed in 15 minutes. For value, location and amenities, this was a clear winner for us.

It’s in a great location—just a few blocks from Little Italy, so it was easy to walk to dinner, but the hotel itself was very quiet and peaceful. The rooms were clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We stayed there with our 3-month old baby and they provided infant crib which was a plus! A huge plus is the parking: it’s very safe and significantly cheaper than other hotels in the downtown area. Overall, we are very happy with the price we paid and the value we got. Totally recommended!
