Additionally, the bathtub in the bathroom was in very poor condition—dirty and clogged—to the point that we almost had to shower wearing sandals. The elevator had its own issues, which further affected the overall experience. For these reasons, I am giving a one-star rating.

I booked a 2 day stay at this hotel from out of town and the water for the toilet , shower , and sink was shut off for 10 hours ! My family couldn’t go use the restroom shower or even wash hands ! When water FINALLY turned back on the toilet was backed up and caused feces to back up the TUB ! So now we can even shower or use the toilet ! When I contacted front desk nothing has been resolved not even a refund to relocate to a different location!
