The guest ahead of me was offered a choice of which floor they preferred. When it was my turn, I asked if I could have a room on the first floor, but I was told I had to stay on the third floor. I meant to book the Seven Seas Best western since I had been there 3x before and enjoyed our time there plus it was clean. This location however was to say the least. It smelled old the bathroom was dingy. I had requested 4 pillows and blankets and were not provided. It was a long drive so after dinner we checked in around 8. We headed to the pool and it was locked. This was not what was expected. I hope they spend more time cleaning these dingy rooms. The continental breakfast was good. They had yogurt with toppings, waffles (no butter) , potatoes, sausage patties, links, eggs, toast. The coffee was good but those cups are defective. They leaked and the lids popped off and won’t stay on. Spilled onto my breakfast.
