  Poor service my reservation was incorrect after a 5 hour drive I asked for a beach front room and got a view of a dirty lake with ducks in it, got overcharged was supposed to get corrected and refunded still waiting to be accommodated it’s been a month nothing yet, would not suggest waisting your money

  Older hotel but a clean and a great place to stay right by the water. Can be a bit loud with jets and aircraft leaving often from the bases but we actually enjoyed that about it. Safe to walk around alone. They have bike rentals on location. Bikes even have a basket! They give u breakfast coupons upon check-in which safes us a few bux. Restaurant and bar on location.

  Had a view of the ocean, which was gorgeous. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They made my family feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely return and recommend.

  Totally a nightmare here！！！BED BUGS IN ROOM 578!! Absolutely disgusting experience. Both me and my friends got eaten alive and have to pay $639 for 3 nightmares during our stay in late March. Management is ghosting my emails and refuses to take responsibility for the infestation. I’m currently covered in bites and had to spend a fortune treating my luggage to avoid bringing them home. Zero stars if I could. Stay anywhere else but here, unless you are a bed bug fans. This trip ruined my life and I am now living in horror and anxiety!

  This hotel has a fantastic location on an island near San Diego, surrounded by other hotels and a park overlooking the bay with views of downtown. The area is ideal for walking, and I felt very safe even at night. The room itself had some great updates, including a big-screen TV and a nicely remodeled bathroom, which added to the comfort and overall experience. The hotel offers many outdoor activities, such as pickleball courts, tennis courts, a pool, and a jacuzzi. Bike rentals are also available on-site, making it a great option for a family retreat. The on-site restaurant, Blue Wave Bar & Grill, serves delicious food and offers a beautiful view overlooking the yacht harbor. The main downside was the air conditioning system, which appears to be quite old and didn’t work effectively. This may not be a big issue in cooler weather, but it could be uncomfortable during the summer. Additionally, the $25 parking fee felt a bit expensive and there was no complimentary breakfast included. Overall, I enjoyed my stay thanks to the location and room upgrades, but improving the AC system would significantly enhance the guest experience.
