First off the rooms are clean and very nice. The front desk staff are wonderful and very friendly. But now there’s a new manager who seems to be cutting back on cost. There’s nothing in the pantry next to the front desk. No snacks, drinks, food of any type, first aid cabinet is near empty. Now let’s talk about the coffee station. I use to like getting my coffee here. I work long hours and when I arrive I like a fresh cup of coffee with some French Vanilla Irish Cream, I would even settle for Hazelnut but it’s not my favorite. For 3-4 months now there hasn’t been any cream except the little half and half cups and now there’s powder creamer. Both are horrible and cheap. Motel 6 has better coffee station. I’ve even gone as far as bringing my own creamer from home which is an inconvenience. Now I’m having to go next store to Starbucks and buy coffee. Not ideal. I’m not sure what the new manager is doing but I hear guest are going to Starbucks instead of getting coffee from here. I hope it changes back soon.

So I think I had just gotten an unfortunate draw of rooms for this particular stay. It was on the first floor closest room to the exit, which meant we heard everyone come in an out of the door because it kept slamming closed. Another thing that was unfortunate was the internet to the tv was not working and even the maintenance guy could not fix it, and then in the morning there was construction right outside my window.
I knew the stay wasn’t ideal, but before I wrote a negative review I wanted to give an opportunity to the manager (Ayden) to make it right, and he did.
I talked with him and explained everything that went wrong even gave some suggestions on how to improve it. He listened and apologized and even came up with a resolution that I agreed with to make it right. At the end of the day a hotel stay won’t always be perfect, but how this manager resolved the issue is how it should be done. Thank you.

I had to stay for 6 days because of work in the area and wanted a room with shower, the lady at front desk told me that is not possible, you stay in the room you are given. She didn't even consider my request even though I am a gold member and there were other rooms available. There was a long hair on my bed when I got to the room and overall the room wasn't very clean. The toilet bowl was dirty and I ended up bleaching the seat with wipes myself. you could see where the grout on the walls and floor were clean under the sink and black everywhere else. The elevator smelled strongly of weed and there was trash juice on the floor of the elevator and on the walls of the elevator. At breakfast, I saw the serving lady transfer the egg omelet and sausages by hand to the serving dish. The front door to the hotel was locked at all times. Checking in was a hassle. I have stayed at many hampton inns and am a hilton gold member. I won't be back to this location.

Made a reservation through Expedia but needed to cancel. I cancelled within less than an hour of making the reservation. This place has a self made no refund policy. Which is an unlawful business tactic. You can’t charge someone when no services are rendered. It’s the same logic as me staying there and claiming I’m not going to pay bc I was dissatisfied. They refused to issue a refund of almost 400 dollars. Completely unacceptable and illegal. Never stay here. Please enjoy my 400 dollar donation to your greedy corporation. I hope the negative energy you bestow to people comes back to you ten fold.
