  Our stay at Meadowood Napa Valley was truly incredible, and a huge part of that was because of Amy E. Before we even arrived, she was already taking care of us. We had reached out about swapping the included wine class since my wife and I do not drink, and Amy handled it with so much thought and flexibility. She offered us a way to let us customize the stay in a way that felt perfect for us. It was not just a simple yes or no response. She genuinely worked to make the experience feel personal. Her communication was warm, responsive, and sincere. You can tell she cares about guests as people, not just reservations on a spreadsheet. That level of attention before check in set the tone for everything that followed. Once we arrived, the property completely lived up to the reputation. The Hill House was beautiful and peaceful. The spa was relaxing and seamless. The welcome gifts in the room, especially the sparkling tea and local treats, were such a thoughtful surprise. Every team member we interacted with was kind and professional, but Amy’s care really stood out. Exceptional service deserves to be recognized, and Amy absolutely delivered it. We are already looking forward to coming back.

  If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Meadowood Napa Valley, this is it. I’ve been there for both lunch and dinner, and they truly never disappoint. Every visit feels special from the moment you arrive. The service is consistently exceptional attentive without being overbearing, warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the menu. The staff always takes the time to recommend the best dishes and drinks, and their suggestions have never missed. You can tell they care about creating a memorable experience. The food is absolutely delicious every single time. Each dish is beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared, with flavors that are balanced and refined. Whether it’s a lighter lunch or a full dinner experience, the quality is always consistent and impressive. The drinks are just as outstanding. From expertly crafted cocktails to perfectly paired wines, everything complements the meal flawlessly. Their recommendations elevate the entire dining experience. Meadowood sets the standard for fine dining impeccable service, incredible food, and drinks that tie it all together. It’s the kind of place you can return to again and again, knowing you’ll leave happy every time.

  If I could give 6 stars I would. Meadowood is the real deal! Amazingly well appointed, set deep into nature amongst so much beauty. The olive trees on approach and the native oaks surrounding the property create a feeling of being held. The rooms are very spacious and the bed so so comfortable. I slept amazing! Food at the restaurant is great and service fantastic.

  We got engaged here and the entire experience was exceptional. We booked our stay while it was raining with a sunny day the last day to get the full range of weather- the view out of the picture-frame window from our Oakview Room (no. 3) was spectacular with the treetops and especially the fog in the morning. The bathroom was practically a spa in its own right with a marble top soaking tub and a large shower. The water noticeably left our hair softer coming from LA. The staff and concierge were among the best we’ve experienced at any hotel and did everything they could to make our stay as memorable as possible. From complimentary champagne, wine, and baked goods and they booked us a car to take us from the hotel to our dinner at RH Yountville. They also made it a priority to find out the name of the wine we had there The spa was beautifully designed and we could easily spend a few hours there, and for a more casual sweat, their sauna and steam rooms are also available in each locker room of the fitness center. Definitely deserving of their three Michelin keys and five star rating.

  We loved our stay at the Meadowood this weekend ! Service was on point, the room was beautiful and clean, I don’t give 5 stars for 3 reasons - we were welcomed by a not very friendly staff person upon arrival, not a welcoming drink or treat, the bathrooms at the lobby were filthy and had to go to the pool bathroom, kids running all over the pool as the family pool was not working. - Our room wasn’t ready at 3:00 pm when we arrived, so we had to hang out at the restaurant, they did offer some drinks to make it up, anyways, we had to rush to get ready as we had dinner reservations and didn’t get to rest from the trip. - You can definitely hear the noise in the morning from people walking by outside the room; thank God the family that was staying beside our room left the two last days so we got a great rest. - the restaurant service was great ! , Julio was amazing and very friendly, we enjoyed his stories about the hotel and how passionate he is to be a part of it. He also offered a nice cake because I told him it was my birthday, it was delicious ! - The service at night with Ramon was also good but the caviar service is much much less than an ounce, the dill on the cream over powers the taste of the caviar ; they should give red onions and plain creme fraiche instead. - the spa was really beautiful! the scrub treatment was great! ( only I felt cold all the time while doing it , as the scrub is cold and the room is cold too and you are uncovered while doing it, I have a sore throat now and a muscular pain from the change of warm to cold etc .. I enjoyed a lot anyway but I did feel cold. The hair dryer is cheap they should definitely put a Dyson or some other better hairdryer. - They told us to stop by reception for the check out and a little treat and they didn’t give anything the girl at the front desk was literally out to lunch, also there is no parking at all because is taken up by the locals who go to the gym or pool. I definitely will stay again as the positive things are more than the negative but I had to give my honest opinion so they can improve in those little areas.
