$180 plus $30 tax for one night a room with 2 beds. $35 for garage parking, extra $10 if you want to park outside. The room is so-so, couldn't open the window so it's stuffy. The A/C was loud, had to turn it off at night so we can sleep. So: Great location, good service and a room that's satisfactory to a certain extent.

My reservation was for three guests for one night. After returning from dinner and shopping around 9:00 PM, we were simply talking at a normal volume while getting ready for bed. Around 9:45 PM, there was a knock at our door. When I opened it slightly, I was met by two adult men. As three women alone—one in the shower and others changing—this immediately felt uncomfortable. One of the men identified himself as the manager and said he received a call and wanted to check if we were okay. I confirmed we were fine and closed the door. Less than a minute later, they knocked again. This time, the tone changed. The manager claimed he had already warned us about noise and said further action would be taken if he had to return. This was confusing and frustrating because no such warning had been given—only what was presented as a welfare check. We were not being loud, and this occurred before 10:00 PM. What made the situation worse was that both men lingered outside our door afterward, which felt intimidating and inappropriate. The experience left us feeling uneasy and hesitant to even speak in our room. I contacted the front desk to confirm the individuals were staff because the situation felt alarming. While it was confirmed, I was refused information about hotel noise policies and was not provided the manager details I requested. At checkout, the same manager was present, which added to the discomfort. When I asked again about policies, I was told to find them online—but there was no clear information available. At no point did anyone apologize or attempt to resolve the situation professionally. Additionally, the walls in the room were extremely thin—we could clearly hear neighboring guests throughout the night—making it unreasonable that we were singled out for simply talking at a normal level.

Rooms were clean, but dated. Like the bed, fair, but not great. Definitely nice not to be a squeaking mattress experience. Customer service was very good, as representatives did their best to handle needs. The Cypress Grill restaurant inside was fair, gluten free options were limited, but available. Cost for the buffet was on-par for other restaurants in the area. Worst part of the experience was the road noise, which was loud, even after midnight. Recommend a room that doesn’t face the interstate, if looking for quieter.

The front desk people were very nice and easy to work with. The lobby does have a fragrance (I don't like fragrances), but the rooms did not, so that was nice. The hotel is right next to the freeway so depending on the room it can be loud. The first room we got ended in 30 and was the closest to the freeway. Even though it was very high up it was SO LOUD. When I walked in the room it sounded like the window was open. I was able to change rooms to a room that ended in 01 on a lower level and it was SO MUCH QUIETER. When the a/c is running it blocked out any remaining noise. I had a four year old with me and I didn't want the noise waking him up earlier than necessary. Parking was $35 a day at the parking garage next door with in and out privileges if you pay through the hotel (you don't get the in and out privilege if you pay the lot directly). I researched a lot of hotels in the area and this seemed like the best option, so if needed I'd probably stay here again!

This hotel is definitely older and could use an aesthetic refresh. However, it was clean and the linens were clean. Most notably, the service was excellent. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating when we arrived. And then I had car issues that were incredibly problematic and difficult to manage. Long story short, my car had three doors that I was unable to close in the middle of the night on a Friday night in downtown Sacramento and I was alone with two children. No one would tow the car for fear of breaking the windows. There was nothing I was able to do to secure my car or get it to a location where it was secure. I was forced to leave it in the parking lot with the doors open (not just unlocked but open). I spoke with a young man named Ziggy on their security team, who was exemplary. He was kind and compassionate, and although he obviously could not take responsibility for my vehicle, he assured me that he would keep an eye on it through the night as he did security rounds. He appropriately escalated the issue to his manager, who was also kind and empathetic to my issue. Ziggy jumped right to help me and once he realized that he could also not fix the car, I definitely felt his compassion and support. He helped make the very best of this awful situation and when I arrived in the morning, my car was just fine. Thank you to this stranger for going above and beyond and having my back in this crummy situation.
