  Shoutout to the manager Jenice ! She has been so accommodating and making sure we have everything we could possibly need. Rooms and bathroom were clean. The housekeepers do an amazing job. Thanks for everything Jenice you’re the real MVP.

  Stayed here a few times now and everything was good and smooth. Location was to get to and around the events that we are attending.

  I stayed in a standard two queen bed room. The room was nice. I was able to control the thermostat, but it had a motion sensor on it that prevented it from working unless you were in the room. The elevator did not function properly and was past the inspection date. I repeated got on the elevator only to learn that the buttons didn't work and I had to take the stairs. The food was sub par for a Holiday Inn Express. The oatmeal was very watery, the turkey sausage was bland, and the pancakes were oddly small when they came out of the pancake maker. I did like the potatoes. Also, the hours for breakfast were 0630-0930 but get there early because they stopped replenishing the food around 0900 so a lot of things were out after 0915. Three weeks ago I spent several days in a Holiday Inn Express in Belgrade, Montana and the food was much better. The area around the hotel was very unsafe. I like to go for runs and I would not recommend leaving the hotel except to go to your car to leave the area. They also charged me $10.00 a day to use their parking lot. I have never been charged in the past to use a parking lot at a Holiday Inn Express and this wasn't mentioned when I booked the room online. This would make some sense if they provided security and took responsibility for any thefts that occurred in their parking lot. Unfortunately the attendant in the lobby said that they were not responsible for any thefts and he recommended that I do not leave anything in my vehicle.

  Great hotel, bed was unusually soft, rooms were cleaned every day, a rare thing these days. Breakfast was fantastic each morning with the exception of the turkey sausage, which is inedible.

  During our stay the fire 🔥 alarm went off at 1:43am and woke us up from a dead sleep and continued to go off again and again for another 30 minutes after that until the fire department came out. We were not able to go back to sleep the remainder of the early morning hours. Management and owner have made no attempt to contact with us since our stay. I reached out to IHG directly and they told me that they would have to contact the manager directly. Room 316 sits in a little cavity and you can hear the continuous noise of the highway all night long.
