- TNTawana NixMar 23, 20261.0BED BUGS Room was not clean. Vents were covered in grime, rug was damp feeling and left my socks brown. Bench was dirty. When I sat my cup on the bench and the condensation left some water, I wiped it off with one of the hand towels and the towel back back brown and grimy. And the worst part was I felt something biting me about 6:30 am and got up and had eight bites on me. My daughter who was in the other bed also woke with many bites. Clearly the room has bed bugs!

The TV directory was silly to maneuver - seems like not hooked up correctly, and not many channels to choose from. Motion control light in bathroom - which means it will light up dark room where people are sleeping every time someone goes to bathroom. Thermostat kept fan on for quite sometime but we messed around with it for some time and it finally started to work correctly. They had outside pool and hot tub, but hot tub not hot at all and the jets didnt work. BUT they had good coffee unlike most other Holiday Inns
