They were thankfully unsuccessful but still woke up all 3 of my kids all 3 still scared. And there was a bunch of glass on the side walks. And I was worried about letting my kids go inside of their pool because of how unclean it looks. The water was green. And the bed covers were itchy non of us slept well. And there was tons of paint chipping off the walls.

I only booked one night November 25,2022. My room was given away to someone else’s when I checked in. Took about 30 or more minutes to get a room for me. I called Friday December 2,2022 @9pm to get this charged straight it out, the lady there didn’t want to talked to me she slammed the phone on me, she must be the lady that give my room away. And charged me again. I called and called after that but she didn’t picked up my call. I would not again at this hotel. Very very bad customer service.
- MHMeredith HurshNov 5, 20214.0Rooms are nice and big so you have a lot of space, and staff at the front desk is always nice and helpful. Plus, the location of this hotel is pretty great being so close to Arden Mall and not far from downtown Sac.

The floors havent been cleaned in weeks, immediately after my shower I walked to the chair and I could feel the grainy dirt on my feet. Just remember you get what you pay for.
