  I am absolutely disgusted by my experience at this hotel on Friday, March 13th. My name is Nino and we checked into Room 110 at 8:00 PM, only to have our night turn into a total nightmare. Shortly after arriving, my pregnant wife actually felt bed bugs crawling all over her legs. We pulled back the sheets and found a significant bed bug infestation on BOTH beds. It was stomach-turning. This wasn't just one bug; the room was a health hazard. To make matters worse, when I confronted the staff, I was told by "Angel" that they couldn't even give me a refund at night and I’d have to wait until the morning and that she couldn’t refund me nor cancel the room as well as give me a documentation of the incident. This is completely unacceptable. My wife, our two young children, and I were left stranded and stressed out by this "management team." I have timestamped, GPS-located photo evidence of the bugs on my iPhone 16 Pro to prove exactly what we found. This place is a massive health and safety breach. If you value your family’s health (and your sanity), STAY AWAY. Urvi and the management team: I expect a full refund and compensation for the trauma and the clothes/luggage we now have to treat. Absolutely pathetic service and zero standards. I will be there today march 14, 2026 at 8:30 am to get this resolved. I was told by angel that management team will be in from 8 am to 5 pm so I will make an update soon if this has been resolved or not.

  Do NOT stay here! Beds are old and very creaky, rooms aren't well cleaned, ice machine didn't work. Very seedy had to ask to be moved to a second room equally as unacceptable and was denied a refund when we decided not to stay. You couldn't pay me to stay there, only tried in the first place because of the friendly pet policy.

  The location was perfect, and Monica went above and beyond by recommending some fantastic restaurants and shopping spots nearby. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a pleasant visit!

  Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We received such a warm welcome from the front desk attendant, Monica, who truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed breakfast both mornings, which was a great start to our days, and the on-site charging station was a huge plus for our rental car. The location was perfect, and Monica went above and beyond by recommending some fantastic restaurants and shopping spots nearby. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a pleasant visit!
