Parking is $10 :( Service a bit slow at night but breakfast is nice otherwise. Very quiet area.

I am concerned about the lack of professional from the front desk staff. I received unacceptable treatment I received from the front desk staff member Mr Singh. Despite having a confirmed reservation paid with my personal credit card, I was denied check-in, accused of fraud, and subjected to rude, inconsistent, and unprofessional behavior. The reservation was booked under my husband’s name. I contacted IHG prior to arrival and was assured that even if my name was not listed, it would not be an issue since I am his spouse. My husband was unavailable during check-in due to participating in a military training exercise. Upon arrival, I presented the following to verify my identity and authorization: Military dependent ID confirming my spouse as my spouse Official military orders documenting my husband’s active-duty training absence Power of attorney granting me authority over his accounts Credit card statement and confirmation showing the room was charged to my personal card Mr. Singh’s Response Despite this evidence: He refused to review any documents, repeatedly claiming it was “fraud.” He denied my request to contact my husband or allow IHG corporate to verify with him. He refused to update the reservation to include my name, even though the same card would be used. He demanded I cancel the existing reservation, pay a cancellation fee, and book a new room—effectively charging me twice for the same night. He provided contradictory statements: First: “I can’t confirm he’s your husband.” Then: “I understand he’s your husband, but Holiday Inn doesn’t know that.” He refused to provide manager contact information, stating the manager would return “tomorrow.” IHG Intervention I called IHG twice during the incident: IHG representatives spoke directly with Mr. Singh and confirmed my relationship and authorization. Mr. Singh still refused to comply. Ultimately, IHG had to cancel my original reservation, create a new one, and disturb my husband during military training to obtain verbal “consent”—rendering my government-issued documentation meaningless. I have stayed at numerous IHG properties using reservations under my husband’s name without issue. IHG promotes support for military families, yet this incident directly undermined that commitment. This experience was humiliating, disruptive, and contradictory to IHG’s stated values. I trusted your brand to support military families—Mr. Singh’s actions demonstrated the opposite.

Extremely disappointing experience with the front desk and service at this hotel. After my stay, the hotel charged me the entire incidental amount without providing a receipt or any explanation. They processed the charge directly to my card even though there was no incident or damage during my stay. When I called multiple times to request a reasonable cleaning fee for what they described as a minor stain on the bedsheet, they refused. Instead, they charged me over $200, claiming they had to replace the entire bedding set due to a stain — which is both excessive and unreasonable. They dismissed my concerns, simply saying, “That’s our policy.” In all my years of travel for work, I have never had such a frustrating and unfair experience with any hotel chain. This property left me with a bitter impression and a strong sense of poor customer service.

This is not a 3 star hotel. The rooms were ok yet the tv doesn’t even have YouTube and body wash was empty, The breakfast was bad and didn’t have a good assortment of food plus the juice machines weren’t working, and the website say clearly free parking yet we had to pay a $10 parking fee per night not to mention the hotel is way too expensive. I will not be coming back to this hotel
