- MKMike KerleeMar 11, 20261.0During our stay the fire 🔥 alarm went off at 1:43am and woke us up from a dead sleep and continued to go off again and again for another 30 minutes after that until the fire department came out. We were not able to go back to sleep the remainder of the early morning hours. Management and owner have made no attempt to contact with us since our stay. I reached out to IHG directly and they told me that they would have to contact the manager directly. Room 316 sits in a little cavity and you can hear the continuous noise of the highway all night long.

The hospitality was the worst hospitality ever this is the worst room in Sacramento. Zero stars they need to just renovate this whole motel.
