The staff was helpful and friendly, and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. There were a number of restaurants close by which made for plenty of walkable options. To fitness center was basic but functional.
- DPDavid PopeDec 15, 20253.0My first room I checked into had the smoke detector going off due to an old battery. The nice lady at the front desk moved me to a different room. Sadly the room I was moved to didn't have hot water in the morning. We had a flight and took the shuttle. It is a short 5 minute ride to the airport. Upon returning from my trip, I called to have the shuttle pick me up. The person at the front desk of the hotel said that the shuttle would be there in 15 minutes. I gave them my phone number for the driver to contact me when they were at the terminal. I waited an hour for the shuttle. I received no phone call and just took an Uber back to the hotel.

If you’re looking for a clean room near the airport, with friendly staff, strong WiFi, and decent continental breakfast (that’s out very early for early flights) look no further. I ended up here after a flight got diverted and I checked in at 4am. Kay welcomed me and was so helpful and kind. I’m grateful for the hospitality. Thank you!

However--We called to say we'd be late checking in, like 11pm, (which in my experience you absolutely have to do or you lose your reservation...) but the girl's response was "Okay...and?..." So that was rude, but we were literally only there to sleep and luckily didn't need "service" of any kind. Check-out was uneventful, we left at 9am.
