Plus the $215, my Christmas is ruined!!!I received a call addressing my concerns, and was assured that my funds will be returned.by midnight, well still no funds, and my Christmas is ruined.. I work too hard for my money to be played with.. I am now broke, and can not buy my family even a tree.. Still very upset! My debit card has 2 pending transactions, I tried to shop for Christmas and my card was declined. Due to two charges from Best Western, when I called I was told that I misunderstood. Well when I should have $200 plus to spend. I have $20. One charge was $324.46 the other $215.46!How is this a misunderstanding when the room was only $215.46? My deposit was the other $100. In which they say a state tax is withheld! Like ? From my deposit? You’re taking $ off my deposit? I am so angry! 😡

Tried to use the microwave right now and it locks when there’s food in it. You have to unplug it after every use. I just want to go home
