  Breakfast server Veronica exceeded my expectations. She served us delicious hot foods and gave extra help to my friend who is blind.

  My stay at this hotel is unfortunately very disappointing primarily due to the level of service provided. Upon arrival, I interacted with Julia at the front desk and found her to be unfriendly and unhelpful. When I inquired about the amount of the security deposit, I was told that the amount could not be determined until my card number was entered. I found this unusual, as the card machine was present and I expected the deposit amount to be communicated clearly in advance. I was assigned a ground-floor room and requested a room on any other floor. I explained that I had previously experienced an incident at another hotel involving someone attempting to access a ground-floor patio door, and that staying on the ground floor makes me feel unsafe. I was informed that the hotel was fully booked, that nothing could be done, and that there was no manager on duty until 10:00 am the following day — although I had not requested to speak with a manager. To my surprise, I later checked online and found that rooms were still available for booking. My request was simply to change floors, not room type, so I was disappointed that no effort appeared to be made to accommodate a reasonable concern. Additionally, the room itself feels somewhat run-down and has an unpleasant odor. The only positive aspect is the hotel’s convenient location. Overall, this experience is well below expectations, particularly in terms of customer service and responsiveness to guest concerns.

  I travel a lot with my daughter for club volleyball, and we have stayed in numerous hotels and Airbnb's over the years. This was BY FAR the most comfortable bed I have slept in. The room was clean, and the space with the bunk beds was perfect for my daughter to have her own space in the room. We found the room incredibly clean as well. While it's true that there is a significant amount of outside car noise, we did not find it too annoying in any way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

  The hotel provides an outstanding standard of service, with impeccable cleanliness and a warm, welcoming staff. They offer a charging port for your devices, a first for us, which is a convenient feature. The breakfast was among the finest I have experienced, with an extensive range of high-quality food options. The hotel is conveniently situated near the freeway and there are several excellent restaurants nearby.
