The hotel is outdated and the breakfast was not that good. However, the staffs were good and the sleep quality was decent.

This holiday inn is one of the best my family have stayed in. The staff are all nice, it’s very clean and it’s nearby a lot of areas. There is also an option to get a room with bunk beds which is great for family’s or traveling with friends. In all the rooms do get a bit noisy with traffic but it’s a great holiday inn!

I stayed here on a Saturday night during a weekend trip to Sacramento. The staff were courteous and friendly, no issues there. Parking was fine, even on a popular weekend night, the lot is big enough. My room was reasonably clean; clean sheets, clean towels, everything was well-organized and wiped down. The beds were comfortable, and the showers had good water pressure and temperature control. The price point is good for the location (it's the cheapest hotel in that area). However, our room felt noticeably run down in ways that no amount of daily cleaning can fix. There were lots of small tears in the room curtains, stains and dents on the furniture, and just lots of general wear and tear throughout the room. I felt like I kept finding a new issue each time I looked at something. Same was true for hallways, elevators, etc. This place feels overdue for a thorough visual overview; a furniture refresh, repainting of the walls, things like that. I'd stay here again if it was just a quick one-nighter where I don't spend too much time on the property and want to save $, it's worth the discounted price for that. However, if I wanted something nicer where I'd want to actually chill in my room and feel comfortable there, I'd probably spend more to stay somewhere else.
