  Room had black mold under the air conditioner. We couldn't figure out why we were all feeling so blah everyday until we were checking to ensure we grabbed everything. Brought it to their attention and all that was said was, "Thanks for letting us know." Not impressed. Beds were alright but shower was cracked, left over towels were still in the room, floors hadn't been swept or cleaned before our arrival. Front desk staff didn't really greet you. Breakfast wasn't horrible. Decent location. Would not recommend staying here unless it was what had/needed to be done.

  Okay y’all this place should have 5 stars all the way around no lie when I first checked in and pulled around the building I must say I was scared lol because the outside looks skeptical but honey I walked in the room and was like THANK YOU LORD being I’m not from Sacramento I’ve booked rooms out here and let’s just say I had to cancel the reservation. The guy that checked us in Mike was so friendly EVERYONE AT FRONT DESK IS FRIENDLY !!!!!!!!!!! But baby Kristen I had a whole attitude between being up all night and my baby crying and so I wasn’t very pleasant with my attitude toward her at first due to a misunderstanding but baby she never changed hers she was just so nice and understanding and I couldn’t be more grateful for that the way she remained pleasant she deserves to be the face up there fr and the manager is also a great guy now I will say don’t play with their staff tho lol we did have a honest misunderstanding but they ended up handling it amazingly thank you all for an awesome stay. The beds will put u in a coma fr the rooms are beyond exceptional this should definitely be a higher rated hotel

  My room personally was very clean. The bathroom was spotless the linens were fresh, I went home and tried to make my bathroom that clean and failed. Nice work

  We came to town to see a concert at Thunder Valley casino. This was the perfect location. The room was clean, plenty of parking and the free breakfast was the perfect ending to a great night sleep.

  So I stayed here and overall at first I thought it was a decent hotel until I was awakened during the night with cockroaches crawling on me. I’m not gonna lie I’m a sissy when it comes to cockroaches and rats. They are absolutely disgusting and all the weenie comes out of me when they’re around. There were three in total and I killed two of them and captured the other one to take to the Front desk in the morning. With a crowded breakfast hall and cockroach in the cup, I decided to keep it low profile and not blow up the situation to make the hotel look bad. I spoke with the desk clerk, who then referred me to the manager that had just come in, and after explaining that I was very disappointed and disgusted, but I wouldn’t make a scene as long as they at least offered me some sort of compensation. Since I booked through a third-party, they told me they would refund me 20% because that’s the maximum they were allowed to do and I could expect it in one to two days. Well, they didn’t follow through with their promise and after filing a dispute with my credit card company, they are also denying that dispute. So now I’m going to show the world what I found in my room at the best Western in Roseville on Harding Boulevard crawling on me in the middle of the night and how they couldn’t even live up to our verbal agreement of refunding me 20%
