- MLmyriah loganJan 5, 20262.0Our car was vandalized and two tires either slashed or someone was there long enough to deflate entirely without the “security person who is driving around the parking lot all night” noticing. The staff was frustrating in this situation. The room was fine. The pillows were stained with yellow marks, the heater leaked water so the floor was wet often. It’s by a busy road and was not quiet. Walls were also very thin. I would avoid if possible.

Also, the price online was 143.00 for the room I selected but there was no option for military discount so I called in to book the room. They told me that with military discount the price was 141.00, both were pre-tax, so the military discount was only 2.00? Not to sound ungrateful, but if the discount is only 2.00 I would say just don’t offer it. I found it a bit insulting. Outside of the negative, the beds were nice, the breakfast was warm, and the location was right off Highway 80, which was great.

- VVVCJesterNov 27, 20252.0Homeless camp on the edge of the rear parking lot and an occasional tweeker wandering the parking lot. Typical Best Western breakfast. Staff was friendly. Didn't have quarters at the front desk for the laundry, but you can download an app and give it your credit card information to do it, so I didn't wash my clothes there. I've had my credit card info stolen enough times from crap like that, so I've slowly learned not to trust any random apps like that. They advertise truck parking. No, do not try to bring a big rig here. Medium Duty yes, but they aren't setup for big rigs.
