  Straight awful, was given a room without working ac. When to buy a fan but all close stores were already closed 12am Was up till 4am fanning the front door with windows open….. uuggg what was difficult on my end I had training to be at, @ 8:30am definitely not the day I wanted to have. At the days end I felt like I lost a day of value. I did put a complaint in, was told they would look at it. When I got back from my training, @4:00pm tried to reconfirm such, guess what? It still wasn’t not working. The maintenance guy literally said that they knew that the AC was not working in my room 240!!! 🫠🤦🏽🤬 will say the lady at the front desk was awesome and got me into another room, with Ac that works. 😴

  The room was a good size and clean. Comfortable bed. Hotel in a convenient location from downtown Roseville and close enough to the event space that we went to. What truly blew me away was the quality of the breakfast served at the hotel. Food was better than some diners! Biscuits were fresh, gravy delicious, fluffy scrambled eggs and properly cooked breakfast potatoes and sausage. Even the coffee was better than most hotels I've stayed at. I would definitely go back even just for the breakfast! Recommend this spot for sure!!!

  Front desk person is very rude he has only one reply that he is the only one person there and they he cnt hlp with anything i ask for extra towels bcz m here with an infant baby and they give me room with steps outside i cnt roll the stroller by myslf from those steps thats why i cal hlp desk but this is the terrible experience of my life service is nothing very rude i m need of hlp with a baby they dnt hlp at all even though he is telling me to call another time bcz he is busy thats so stupid ill rate below the one star if i could for service

  Now that everything is settled, I’m finally able to leave this review that was long overdue. Thank you to the Best Western team for the hospitality and great service we received during our stay. My daughter had a volleyball tournament at the Grounds, and since we had previously stayed at Best Western Roseville, we decided to book another room. This was our second stay at Best Western Roseville, and both times we had a great experience with no complaints. During breakfast, my daughter noticed the whiteboard in the lobby and saw that I had been selected as the Guest of the Day. Thank you again, and we hope to stay with you again soon.
