Completely disappointment. My husband and I were hoping to have a great weekend for our 3rd marriage anniversary. We had reservations for 1 King Bed Junior Suite Non Smoking but instead we got a different room from what we were expecting. The View room details for the room we were expecting says the following:
. Sleeps 4 . Separate bathtub
Living area
• Full-size
refrigerator
and under Room highlights it offers the following: Guests Sleeps 4
Room layout
Living area Workspace
Bathroom
Separate bathtub Separate shower
Kitchen and dining Full-size refrigerator Microwave
We were disappointed with our room, we paid for something we didn't get. The pictures of the room we paid for are extremely different from what they gave us. I checked again and noticed that we were given 1 King Bed-nonsmoking room. The tub was very small and to take a shower, it became a nightmare, it didn't have cold water, only hot water. We almost got burned taking a shower, because it started heating up even though we changed it to cold water. Our room wasn't cleaned either. We definitely don't recommend this hotel at all. Our anniversary was spoiled.

We stayed right next to a guest that was playing music loud at 3 a.m. and smoking weed. There were other guests also complaining about the loud music and weed since the walls are thin you can hear the music and smell it.
Ricardo and Cherry was working the front desk and did a great job handling the situation and are really friendly. Ricky, the manager, was also very kind and accommodating. Food at the restuarant was excellent. Victor and another gentlemen who was the waiter at night provided great service as well.
Can't wait to come back and stay on my next visit.

You have to pay for parking, pay for breakfast and the shower sucks. But its quiet and there are plenty of places to choose from to eat.

Supervisor Francisco, did not intend to resolve issue in professional matter at all cost and pretended to be treated by me to have me out of this location, all I ask was to see policy of room deposits and damages.ignored/ disregarded what said and proceeded to tell me do you want to stay here or not and blocked me from having reservations for future tense like if I caused a problem someone needs to make to right. I don’t want him fired but he is abusing him power. He should now be superviser

I stayed here a month ago for work. The rooms were a bit dated, but about what I expected for the price.
There was one incident I wanted to share. One evening at the hotel bar during happy hour, I had two glasses of wine—$16 total after a $5 tip. The bartender processed my payment with a mobile POS system, then walked to the other end of the bar with my credit card still in hand. I didn't think much of it at first, but after a minute I asked for my card back before heading to my room.
Two days later, I noticed an unexpected $38 charge from the hotel bar on my credit card. I went down to the bar and explained that they must have charged me for someone else's order. The employee told me to go to the front desk since that's where receipts are sent at the end of the night. At the front desk, I was told they couldn't help me because I hadn't charged the purchase to my room.
Now I have to dispute the charge through American Express — just an all-around sketchy experience and the only time I have ever had to dispute a charge with a merchant.
