Don’t stay here. Our room smelled like smoke, a ceiling tile fell from above us, and there was a left behind undergarment in our room.
Hilton did nothing to make the situation right for me so I have just come here to warn anyone else thinking about staying here. Don’t do it.

Claims to be a 3 star hotel. Realistically it's a 1 star hotel. Will never stay here again. Room was horrible, missing amenities, dirty, Stains all over the carpet, broken ceiling tiles and more

Unfortunately I know who the rude person everyone is referring to is. An individual named "Francisco" I believe. I actually rarely frequent this hotel specifically because of his rude service. I was able to stomach the new parking fees but I don't need an attitude on top of it. I will take my business to Mariott. I suggest others do the same until something is done about the customer service here.

The person checking us in was extremely rude. He accused us of not being the real people who booked the room, essentially accusing us of trying to steal the room. He made me first call some random travel agency, then he had me call my bank, and then in the end the bank had to call the hotel. Because for some reason that was going to prove that I was who I said I was? And not the confirmation number, credit card info, ID info that I had, etc. After OVER AN HOUR back and forth with him and my bank, finally they were able to convince him that we were indeed the people who made the booking. Thank god the people who work at my bank are kind of professional, and were able to talk him down. Instead of apologizing for accusing me of trying to steal, he instead continued to gripe to me about how the whole thing was actually my fault and for some reason he was trying to convince me that my bank was lying to me about using a third party to book the room? I'm not really sure what his point even was with that one, I don't care how the room got booked, I just wanted to get up to my room and rest. I have stayed at many hilton and even other branded hotels using my credit card points and have had zero issues before, so I'm not sure why he was so sketched out by us. But, it was so exhausting dealing with his crazy accusations, and when we finally got the key to the room, he gave us zero instructions on how parking works, where our room is located (it's a massive and weirdly laid out hotel), or anything like that. While we were there, as well, multiple people came up to complain about their rooms. None of which were helped by any employee.
