I also had to remind them to clean my room after a week of it not being done. After it was done I found signs they didn't even swap out my sheets. If I was y'all don't stay here. Was told the owners are cheap so they went with the cheapest provider. Where all other hotels and businesses have working wifi/Internet. Don't stay here if you have a choice!!!!

Breakfast was better than expected with higher quality, premium items. Toothbrushes and toiletries were available, which was a nice touch. Easily the best place to stay in Ridgecrest.

I suggest whoever to book this hotel, better give a call and confirm about the booking even after receiving the confirmation email from IHG.

I stayed here for three nights and they didn’t provide room service for even one night for any of the guests who stayed for more than one night. The staff just acted dumb to avoid accountability. The hotel is garbage island and guests are forced to get there own towels and toiletries
