My booking got cancelled without any proper prior notification, though I had booking confirmation from IHG official website. Front desk does not give any proper response and not ready to take any responsibility. It is a poor service. I suggest whoever to book this hotel, better give a call and confirm about the booking even after receiving the confirmation email from IHG.

Front desk simply said they cant do anything about it as there were no rooms. Had a horrible sleep with uncomfortable bed and loud stomping noise from above. Not staying ever again here.

I stayed here for three nights and they didn’t provide room service for even one night for any of the guests who stayed for more than one night. The staff just acted dumb to avoid accountability. The hotel is garbage island and guests are forced to get there own towels and toiletries

I've never seen it this busy...ever! The guys were on it and personally I feel like they should get a raise! Heated pool, gym and breakfast? Definitely coming back!!!
