    Manager Edgar Stole My Personal Belongings – Stay Away📍 I am writing this review with extreme disappointment and shock after my booking at Holiday Inn. I never imagined that a hotel under a reputable brand would allow such a breach of trust. When I called to inquire, I was directed to Manager Edgar. Not only was he unhelpful and dismissive, but after further investigation—including speaking with other staff it became clear that Edgar himself had taken my belongings. The hotel’s corporate office has done little to resolve the matter. Edgar remains in his position, which is deeply concerning for future guests. This is more than just poor service. I urge everyone to avoid this location until Edgar is held accountable and the hotel improves its security and integrity. Do not risk your safety or your possessions here.

    Very nice stay. Big clean room. Comfortable bed. Clean lobby. Right off a busy street, but at night it was reasonably quiet, and no issues sleeping. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was typical hotel fare. The coffee was really good. Bean to brew, unlike most hotels where it's the immediate dispense machines,. Sadly the robot butler was out for repairs (I really wanted to give it a try) and the computers and printer were down for upgrades. But I totally get it, upgrades are necessary. And there would have been no cost for the use of computers and printer. Area seems a LITTLE sketchy at night. Really no complaints, and if I was in the area again I would totally book here again.
