The TV was connected to internet so the reception was poor and buffered. The slow internet made it difficult to conduct business with my laptop. You would think they could do better considering it's located in the heart of Silicon Valley!

As others have mentioned, the connection speed is extremely slow — my measured download rate was only 1.3 Mbps, which is far below what one would expect from a hotel of this category. The upload speed is slightly better but still inadequate for even basic tasks such as video calls or file transfers. In 2025, reliable and reasonably fast internet should be a standard feature, not an exception. How is it possible that such a well-rated hotel continues to offer such outdated connectivity? Are there any concrete plans to improve the network infrastructure? For business travelers in particular, this is a major issue that needs urgent attention.
