I think it’s just truly hard to feel super clean when it looks this dated, if that makes sense. Nice staff. The guy who helped me check in yesterday was extremely. So was the man at the front desk who helped me buy waters. Keep in mind: looks like the elevator inspection expired back in 2025.

Upstairs there’s a terrace with some good views but nothing was set up, the only spot to hang out inside the hotel would be the lobby or small bar area. -Staff was very attentive and friendly -There’s a Starbucks coffee shop at the bar during the morning, a special thanks to the barista the morning of Jan 18th, he was very nice and the latte he made was 10/10. And the breakfast burrito was very good honestly.
- ZZZartoshtFeb 4, 20264.0Redondo Beach Hotel is an old building but furniture, appliances, and interior are maintained fairly well. The best part about this hotel is really the location. It is with walking distance to Redondo beach, which is a “less touristy” part of Los Angeles, if this interests you. I was in Los Angeles on a business trip and I stayed there a couple of nights. Even though the building is pretty old, rooms are relatively quiet. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance; you can also use public transportation to commute to nearby beaches like Hermosa or Manhattan. I personally prefer staying at Hermosa Beach but unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be many Hiltons there.
