    Very luxurious,wonderful staff and very clean ,pool was. Beautiful,jacuzzi was nice and warm and thanks for the complimentary very clean towels.

    This was by far the worst hotel suite experience I’ve ever had. The service was awful from start to finish. We stayed 3–4 days and not once did anyone come to service our room—no cleaning, no towels, nothing. On top of that, the fridge in our suite was broken and never worked, which made our stay even more uncomfortable.they charge $20 to park at the hotel , What makes this even more frustrating is that I still have not received my security deposit. We checked out on 12/28, and to this day I’m still waiting. Every time I contact them, they just give me the runaround and avoid giving my money back. Completely unacceptable service and zero accountability. I would not recommend staying here.

    The worst experience ever. We booked this hotel from Priceline, paid fully for the reservation but when we checked in they couldn’t see it. At the moment of checking in we told them that we are not going to pay more because we already did and we don’t authorized anything.Manager promised to figure this out with finance team and get back to us.Instead they just did another reservation and put random email and phone number and charges us full amount.No one notified us. We checked out not knowing that when we come home, we’ll see transaction from this hotel. We are still trying to get our money back even after spending hours and days on the phone with both sides.
