- BTBobby Taylor5 days ago1.0I have been a Hilton Honors member for 25+ years and never treated this unfairly. I booked a suite in September 2025 for travel on November 13-18, 2025. On November 11, 2025 I learned my Southwest Airlines Tickets were cancelled (Dallas Love Field - Long Beach Airport) due to circumstances related to the USA Government Shutdown. When I reserved the suite, I had every intention of traveling. Who knew or suspected such a negative event would occur. Because my reservation was no-refund, Hilton is refusing to return $1093.13 for five nights or offer any type of concessions, for events totally out of my control. Since Hilton feels they can take advantage of me, I’m urging YOU, don’t support Hilton at all!!!! And yes, I’ve contacted Hilton Corporate via email and to date I have not received a reply.

My previous visit the hotel was brand new but two yrs latter this needs a facelift,the doors make noice,the blankets are old and the carpet is musty; not fair for asthmatic guests  • Price: Rates vary depending on your dates, so check for current availability. • Breakfast & Evening Social: Homewood Suites offer free hot breakfast and a weekly evening social; check with the specific location.
