Good location and super friendly staff. However there are a few issues that are surprising to me given this is a Hilton brand property. I’m a Hilton Honors member and I stay at Hiltons all around the country. This is by far the worst Hilton I’ve experienced (so far). Pillows are so flat it is more comfortable to sleep without one. No matter how many pillows I stacked, they were all flat and unsupportive. AC thermostat on the wall doesn’t work. The window unit did work but it did not keep the room at a comfortable temperature even though it isn’t hot outside. The bathroom is pretty gross, mold in some areas (likely because there is no fan in there). Water doesn’t drain from sink or tub in a reasonable amount of time. When I went to shower, the shower the shower head was so full of mold and hard water buildup water just kind of went everywhere other than what I was trying to wash. I am going to be sending my feedback directly to Hilton as well.

The front desk representatives were extremely kind and courteous. I arrived early and was able to drop off my bags with the front desk and recieve a ticket. When I arrive to my room, I was trying to use my digital key on the app, and I was having problems. I noticed that the housekeeping was on the floor so I approached and asked one of them if they can help me, she picked up my phone and she was trying to help, but she was unable to help me also. So she told me that the app was having problems. I appreciate how she took her time to help me open my door even though that was not part of her jobs. She took time to help me.

Other than being a Broncos fan, Trey on the maintenance staff was fantastic. Helped get us into our room and fixed the lock on our door in just a couple minutes. Very thankful for his help. Alejandro at the front desk was very kind and helpful as well! Solid staff here.
