  We flew in to L.A. from Cleveland, OH and this was in close proximity to what we planned to tour for a 5day, 4 night stay. Our 1st day there was ok but on our way in we crashed into an awkwardly placed median while turning into the parking lot but thankfully our car was not damaged. The room was a nice size. Then the kids above us sounded like they were diving bed to bed. Next door the guy was banging someone to no end for Valentine’s Day. Parking was $30/day. Due to a constant urine smell in our bathroom we asked to be moved and they attempted to accommodate us but both rooms were no better so we stayed since hotels were booked for All-Star weekend which we had no idea this was taking place. On the 3rd day we came back from being gone approximately 10hrs to a room that had not been cleaned: beds were not changed, bathroom not cleaned, no clean towels and STILL had trash we’d set out before leaving. We had no cleaning service for that night as it was her birthday and she was leaving for the night. The shower drain still smelled of urine. They refused to offer a refund for that day and kept pawning it off to a 3rd party. Jacob (manager) did offer Hilton rewards however they still have not been received as of this typing! We’ve been home 5 days. Both myself and my travel partner are rewards members and I left my contact info so that the points could be split between the 2 of us. NOTHING. This is awful customer service. P.S. The complementary breakfast bar was ok. The best things were the bacon and French toast. The fruit was not sweet and the oatmeal was soggy. It was better the last day due to we asked for cracked eggs instead of liquid eggs.

  Great place to stay! Comfy, clean and quiet. I had no idea how to figure my tv out as the remote was very different from what I’m used too😅… however, Tray (maintenance) was able to come help me out and solve the issue ASAP. He was even able to example and show me how to actually use it in case it happens again. Also, I was helped by the young man at the front desk during check on the night of (Friday, Feb 20th) and he was super helpful! Thank you both!😊

  We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The best part was the dinner we had in their restaurant. The bartender, who also served us, was exceptional. Best gin and tonic I ever had and the food was delicious. Overall a great experience.

  Welcoming! Wonderful! Kind! This place is amazing. The evening manager Feranda was just so pleasant! If you are unsure of where to book your reservation, at least know that here you will be cared for! Read the reviews! TY Hilton!

  用餐顧客，都可以免費停車；住宿房價已經非常高，建議更應讓房客免費停車， 因為忠實顧客，都連續住很多天。 住宿費就已經1500美元以上，應該要免費停車，對忠實房客好，給福利。 所以非常不滿意 貴飯店收停車費政策， 請經理 聽忠實顧客意見～ 這幾天，連續住宿的忠實顧客留～ Dining guests can park for free; hotel room rates are already very high, so we suggest offering free parking to guests as well, especially since loyal customers often stay for multiple days at a time. Hotel fees are already over $1500 USD, so free parking is a good benefit for loyal guests. Therefore, we are very dissatisfied with your hotel's parking policy. Please, manager, listen to the opinions of our loyal customers. Leaves from a loyal customer who has been staying for several days.
