- GSGrumpy ScotNov 12, 20253.0Stayed there for 3 weeks. The rooms were clean the staff is helpful, the location is good, there's several restaurants near by. It's only a few minutes from King Harbor. Breakfast was good lots of options, eggs, sausage/bacon, taters, yogurt, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, etc. The only real problem was cell phones didn't seem to work in the hotel rooms for some reason. Two of my coworkers had the same problem.

- JOjoseph olmedoOct 18, 20252.0The stay would have been fine if it wasn't for the fact that the staff either neglects to or best western doesn't enforce basic cleaning in their rooms. First the AC / heater has NEVER had its filter replaced or cleaned. The first night we were here my wife woke up at 3am hacking up a lung because of the astronomical amount of dust in the air. Second the headboards are FILTHY fingerprints all over. I would have never cought the offense if it wasn't for the light hitting the headboard at the right angle. Finally the worst part about the room. The floor is carpeted and has been vacuumed but I don't think it has EVER once in this hotel's lifetime been shampooed or steam cleaned. I distrust any hotel I go to no matter the rating or reviews so I wore my slides at all time inside my wife was not so lucky. Her feet pitch black after walking around on the carpet. If you do plan to stay here wear your shoes inside.

On my first night I was at the very back of the hotel on the 3rd floor and I had no WiFi access, my room also smelt bad and the carpet was so dirty my feet were black after walking around my room barefooted. I complained and was moved to a ground floor room (127) where the WiFi worked most of the time, but was still unstable and slow. This room smelt better but the carpet was still dirty. The shower room was in dire need of a refurb and I had ants in my room through my stay! The breakfast was quite good, there is a small pool and a tiny gym with just 4 pieces of gym apparatus. Really was not worth the money I paid and I'd not stay again.
