I had to come out here for the weekend, I was looking for hours on where to book with not spending to much , I was hesitant & honestly nervous because the reviews seem wishy washy , but my 2 day stay was perfect , my room was clean everything was perfect, bed was comfortable I didn’t look into the breakfast so I can’t review that but the customer service & room conditions were excellent very quite , I did have to pay 20$ for parking which kinda of sucked but I’d definitely stay here again if needed too.

Close to LAX. They started charging $10 for parking on March 11, 2026. Walked into lobby and waited five mins for someone to show up, which is interesting. Breakfast did not have a lot of options. If you need to be close to LAX, this is a good place. Area seems safe. Staff was nice, overall pretty clean place. Just annoyed at the surprise $10 parking charge and the lackluster breakfast. Luckily there is a Starbucks right up the street. Rooms were pretty quiet. A little bit of noise from upstairs, but not too bad. I'd stay again.
BEST WESTERN REDONDO BEACH GALERIA SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES for advertising this" INN / MOTEL establishment as a Hotel. In the search engines, emails and their ads with travel booking agencies, they present their "sell" as a hotel. When you arrive, the billboard clearly states it as an "Inn." They shouldn't be allowed to sell or advertise it as a Hotel. THIS PLACE IS A GLORIFIED MOTEL." There is street public entry to each room. I saw what looked like a substance abused person on the premises. I have nothing against people that need help, but that doesn't mean I feel safe being their neighbor. The outside walls on the balcony in front of the rooms were also dingy looking. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR "A MOTEL" THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU... The front desk reception was very nice and understood my reluctance to stay. He even said others have showed up and were disappointed as to what they arrived at. He was respectful and understanding. I paid for CANCELATION Insurance. I booked 5 nites and thought the insurance was a wise investment. I had to leave and search for a "traditional hotel" because of safety issues, and the unclean appearance. Best Western NOW refuses to reimburse. Greedy merchants make promises they don't intend to keep and stress you out with excessive legal language, excuses, and no access to talk to live agents. I need my $700. refunded so I can use it for a safe, traditional enclosed true hotel. I will NEVER book a stay at a Best Western again... not even a traditional hotel they run.
