- EHEmma Holland4 days ago5.0Really excellent experience. Was originally booked for 3 nights but a sudden change in plans meant I could only stay 1. The hotel manager was incredibly kind and understanding of my circumstance and only charged me for the night I stayed. Amazing customer service and a nice room to match, I recommend this place if you’re staying in the Redlands area!
- AAAlexandraJan 5, 20261.0I recently had booked this hotel yesterday I am pregnant and just wanted a little vacation away from home . Me and my family get there the front desk was very rude no smile just looked like I interrupted her from something she was doing . The room smelt like straight cigarettes so I don’t know how they said it’s smoke free but smells like a casino the restroom smelt the worst had bugs flying around the drains and no trash can was found . And the tv remote batteries were dead it felt like a motel instead of a hotel.

Bed was comfortable room was very clean shower/bath tub cleaner then other places in this area water was hot,hot,hot! Loved it! Staff is very professional and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again soon. Thank you for such a relaxing experience!

The rooms were beautiful, the place was spotless, the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, the breakfast was wonderful, and the pool and hot tub were certainly a plus in the winter! The wooden columns in the rooms make it feel so RICH! I was so sorry when our stay there was over, and hope I sometime have a reason to go back.

Also the cable signal dropped out a few times while we were binge watching watching movies but other than that it was a wonderful stay as usual. Would recommend this place for a nice, clean quiet and affordable weekend getaway. Great value for the price!😊
