  We had a great experience staying here. We have stayed here in the past and I must say it seems like there has been LOTS of improvements. I know this might sound silly but the shampoo and conditioner was amazing. Anyone know what brand they use? My kids had a blast in the pool. We left too early to try the breakfast but everything else was great.

  I had an excellent stay here. It is a well run place with excellent rooms and amenities. I would recommend it to anyone. The location was good as well.

  Arlene (Manager) welcome’s you to the hotel with amazing customer service,friendliness and an amazing staff.We enjoyed the jetted tub in our bedroom and also the delicious buffet breakfast thanks to David.We will always return here when ever we need to refresh our lives.Thank you BWSurestay.

  The concierge Kirsten was outstanding. The staff was dutiful and friendly and overall a pleasure to encounter with. I can't wait for my next stay. Simply professionally elegant staff.
