    This should be a 5 star but it is not. The rooms speak of going through the motions but really not caring what the guest needs. The place is sprawling. I had to take 2 stairwells and 3 or 4 turns (while porting a large bag) to get from the lobby to my room, which was on the first floor. When we got out to get another bag a young couple asked for directions to the lobby. (Give out maps and put up signs) The room was big but the bathroom was tiny. No place to set your clean clothes except in the sink. The room is too dark. The bathroom is also too dark and the towl rack is loose on the wall. The wifi does not work. This place has a lot of potential. It just needs better management. One last thing. How does one get to the 2nd toilet paper roll. (See picture) when I am sitting on the can I can't twist far enough.

    All 7 electric vehicle chargers in the parking lot are broken or malfunctioning. I booked my stay at this hotel because it had chargers, so being stuck without them complicated my travel plan. Hotel restaurant is shut down, so the breakfast in the lobby corner was meager and unappealing to my kids.

    My stay at this Holiday Inn was great! It was just an overnight stop during a roadtrip, but I have zero complaints. The stay was quiet and comfortable. The rooms were well taken care of and comfortable, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Rebekah checked me in, she was super helpful and welcoming and took care of anything I needed. I was checked out by Isaiah, he was very efficient and friendly! From start to finish, it was an excellent experience. I absolutely will be staying here again next time I pass through!

    We have been traveling 11 days and this place was a haven for tired bodies the room was quiet and clean and Erin served up the best hot breakfast we have eaten in days . Beautiful clean and quiet. Plenty of good restaurants close by as well !
