We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay, so I can’t comment on how problems are handled, but everything ran smoothly. Breakfast was the standard Holiday Inn offering, consistent and satisfying. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this Holiday Inn.

Has a refrigerator and microwave. The person who check us in is pretty nice and friendly. So as the morning person who check us out. Got a good morning greetings from him. The complimentary breakfast is delicious, fresh and home made (scrambled egg, red potato and bacon). Also has fruits, cereal, muffin, toast, boiled eggs, oatmeal and more. The lady in charge of the breakfast is also super nice. This place is one of the best place. Room, service and super nice and friendly people. Perfect score! Thank you so much. Will definitely come back if we are in the area. No regrets. All the employee deserves a pay raise due to their good job.
- JSJonathan SullivanSep 28, 20252.0One of the more "old fashioned" Hampton Inns I've stayed at. Whole reason why I booked this place was for 1. Breakfast 2. Big rooms 3.most importantly the hot tub for soaking in after daily hiking and sports in the area. However, the hot tub was broken for the entire stay and from the sounds of it, had been that way for quite some time. For me, a hot tub always adds toy vacation but here, it really detracted. Housekeeping is occasional and they don't even make the bed properly so I did that daily myself. Again, when coming back to my room after hiking all day, a tidy bed really sets the tone. Yes, it was a free week using points but would have paid to stay somewhere that has working facilities. If I ever go back to Redding, this place is on the skip list!
