- SSSuzzett SDec 30, 20253.0We got to the hotel a little before 10pm and there was no one at the front desk. Waited a few minutes called the front desk a couple of times waiting for someone to show up. After she came to help us with our online reservation for a king bed. It was sold out so had to get a room with two queen size bed. The freeway was so loud from our room we thought our window was open but it was closed so we didn't sleep well with the traffic going by all night.

Also spoke with Emily on the phone multiple times about changes to our reservations. She was always pleasant and on top of answering questions and getting the changes taken care of. Thanks Ladies for a wonderful stay. We will be back.
