  Was traveling through the area and needed to book a last minute stay. Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was great, and solid breakfast in the morning.

  We highly recommend this hotel. We have stayed here once in both in 2025 and 2026. It is very convenient to travel on I-5 and pet friendly! We found the rooms to have lovely updated decor, all modern amenities, speedy reliable wi-fi and the rooms were immaculately clean. The breakfast was great and especially loved the brew on demand coffee! Staff were wonderful, especially the GM Vim!

  This is a 2-star hotel shown in Google map but it's actually better than many 3-star dated Holiday Inn hotels I have stayed before. The rooms were recently rennovated and look quite new. Another big plus for me is that they have 4 onsite free EV chargers, although they haven't updated that in IHG app. I also like the friendly front desk staff here.

  My husband & his service dog, and myself had once again come to The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in South Red Bluff... to be present for the birth of our grandson🩸🔥❣️ Our stay once again at The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Red Bluff South, in California, was such a blessing!!! Because of, such good service, kindness, attentiveness and friendliness! The breakfast was outstanding (& greatly appreciated), and the attention to detail of All those, from the Front Desk, Manager Vim, the Assistant Managers-(day & evening) that we had contact with, the kitchen staff, housekeeping, everyone... were Wonderful! My husband and I both Praise the Lord Jesus for all of their helps, And Pray/ask Yeshua to pour over all of them His blessings and safety for them All and their families (Delia, Anne, Karen, really All of the employees there) 🩸🔥❣️📖💯❤️🗝 I cannot recommend this hotel and staff more highly than I am right now! You will not regret your stay here! Thank you again, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Red Bluff South💯❤️🗝🩸🔥❣️🌹💚🦅🕊

  This was an excellent stay for a great price!! Staff was very friendly. Check out is 11am which was nice (I typically like a late checkout but since it was already 11, I didn’t ask if they do a later checkout). Our room was much larger than we thought it was going to be! We slept comfortably with our 11 month old on the king bed and our 4 year old slept comfortably on the lounger. The room and bathroom were both very clean. The AC works very well. Small FYI— The mirror light in the bathroom is quite bright so be prepared if you’re going in while it’s dark or first thing in the morning! I love that the outlet in there has tiiiiiny lights so I didn’t have to turn the light on when going in the middle of the night; my husband and 4 year old turned the bathroom light on early in the morning and were blinded 😅 The room has lots of outlets, including USB-C, USB-A, and 2 regular outlets on each side of the bed. Nice, brand new tv (we didn’t use it but my husband notices these things lol). It also had a decent sized mini fridge, a microwave and a small Keurig. Free breakfast was good. They had 3 cereals, oatmeal, variety flavors of regular and Greek yogurt, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, diced potatoes, sausage links and rounds, cinnamon rolls, bagels, bread. The pancake machine was not the greatest (My husband recommends they swap that out for a waffle maker lol). Could also add whole milk to the options. They had 2% available. There was also coffee, tea, hot cocoa, water, apple, orange, and cranberry juice. We will absolutely stay here again!
