Surprisingly nice roadside hotel. Directly off the 5, free parking, free breakfast (decent one too!). Also priced slightly lower than Redding. Rooms are a little out of date (needs more outlets) but seriously great service. Would stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Very spacious. While getting coffee in lobby a staff member cut in front stating she just needed a coffee for someone just as I was reaching to put my cup under coffee pot. Guests in breakfast area was rude also by cutting people off to grab food and then even pushed through an elderly lady to get in front of her. I realize this wasn't staff in breakfast room but staff shouldn't be allowing bad behavior from their guests. But they also should be setting examples and not cutting in front of their guests too. Ended up walking out and going elsewhere to eat.

The absolute BEST part about our stay was, Karina. Please ask for her when you visit. She is beyond amazing with the customer service and so friendly. The hotel is clean and neat; housekeeping is wonderful, breakfast is always good here (we've stayed here 3 times now), everytime is better than the last. We will be back, and hopefully, Karina will be here to great us on our next visit. She is awesome. Exactly what "customer service" is all about. The Hilton family is extremely lucky to have her. Oh, and PS, the hotel is extremely dog friendly. Lots of love went to my Luna [Chihuahua]. There's a cute little dog area around back with much needed poppie bags, complete with fun smells and a sense of nature for your dog.
