From the time we walked into the hotel lobby, Daisy made us feel welcomed with a beautiful smile and sense of bring happy to meet us. It stayed this way as personal circumstances changed causing us to extend our stay at the hotel. She was never annoyed by my questions. She has a smile that is contagious and always wants to please. Daisy thank you! Breakfast was good, clean surroundings, and good location. Thank you to the full team. One last note, we could have our small pup stay with us. Management thanks!

To the Hampton Inn Red Bluff, I can confidently say the experience exceeded my expectations especially because of their incredible housekeeping staff. From the moment I walked into my room, everything felt fresh, spotless, and welcoming.
What truly stood out was the consistent care given during my stay. The housekeeping team services each and every stay-over guest with attention to detail and pride. Towels were neatly replaced, surfaces were thoroughly cleaned, and the room always smelled fresh and inviting. It’s clear they prioritize not just cleanliness, but also guest comfort and safety. Their hard work does not go unnoticed they truly make the stay feel comfortable, refreshed, and worry-free. I highly recommend this hotel, and I want to personally thank the amazing housekeeping staff for their dedication and outstanding service. They are the heart of the guest experience!
We had an amazing stay at this Hampton in Red Bluff!!! The staff are friendly and go above and beyond for their guests. The rooms are perfectly clean. The front desk staff are so welcoming and kind. We were checked in by a lovely gal named Daisy she greeted us with a big smile and was so helpful through our entire stay. She recommended some great spots to eat that my family loved. We even get a discount at the Mexican restaurant near by that was so good. Breakfast was amazing, so many options and a lovely little shop in the front with all the sweet treats we crave. We will absolutely be staying here again. Thank you Daisy for the lovely hospitality. See you next time.
It’s hard to believe the Hampton Inn & Suites Red Bluff is 23 years old — this property looks and feels like it just opened yesterday! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a fresh, modern, and upbeat atmosphere that instantly sets the tone for a joyful stay. The lobby is bright and welcoming, the rooms are beautifully maintained, and everything feels incredibly clean and well cared for. The design has that updated, contemporary look while still feeling warm and comfortable. You can truly tell the team takes pride in maintaining the hotel to the highest standards. The beds are comfortable, the common areas are spotless, and the entire property has that “like-new” feel that you rarely find in a hotel of this age. It’s refreshing to stay somewhere that clearly invests in upkeep and guest experience. If you’re looking for a place in Red Bluff that combines modern style, exceptional cleanliness, and a genuinely happy, welcoming vibe — this is it. A 23-year-old property that outshines many brand-new hotels. Absolutely impressed and highly recommended!
Hotel made a booking error. Booking listed for 5 people; One room: two queen beds, and one pull out couch.
When we got there, no pull out couch was present.
Hotel then insisted we must pay for a second room, because of their error, albeit at a $5 ‘discount’.
On top of making us pay for their error, in the morning we discovered the original room’s fridge was off, which ruined the food we had. We also saw that the ceiling had pretty extensive water damage.
On the positive side, the hotel and rooms themselves were all clean. No bad smells or smudges.
Breakfast was very good. Friendly service.

Rooms: 3/5.
mostly due to water damage. A bit less noise isolation than expected.
Service: 3/5.
Although there were some major mishaps, the staff member we interacted with was nothing other than professional. They may not have had the best training, but they were at least trying.
Location: 4/5
Good location. No major outside disturbances in the night. Close to stores and restaurants.
Edit to address the review response of the hotel:
——————————————————————
1. The listing clearly states that the room sleeps 5. If this is stated on a room with two beds, it’s reasonable to assume that there is a pull-out, as two queen beds don’t sleep 5 people. This was even confirmed to us by the manager via phone, who said she legally isn’t meant to sleep 5 people in that room.
2. The owner saying the hotel gave a discounted rate is a bit misleading. It was $5.
On a $100+ room, this is more insult to injury than anything.
3. The refrigerator being automatically set to a mode that turns it off is not something that is our fault. If this is something you have in your hotel, which definitely is NOT the standard in any other Hilton, you should inform your guests.
4. The water damage to the ceiling, I infer, has something to do with the open maintenance room in the lobby, which has a fan blowing at it. This is the same issue recorded by other reviewers several months ago. If the hotel took maintenance matters seriously, the issue would should have been resolved by now.
I will maintain that all staff on site were nothing other than friendly
