I showed up to this hotel and was given a room that still had urine in the toilet and had not been cleaned I was then moved rooms where there was dog hair and what looked to be feces on the carpet. I pulled up the sheets to find lots of human hair below the top sheet. This place is a health hazard and I encourage guests to call Tehema environmental health

While they allow pets, there is a postage stamp area for your pet to relieve themselves. Breakfast had no variety and what was offered was heated, cheap frozen ingredients.
- JHJ HydOct 10, 20252.0Upon arrival I entered the lobby and said I was there to check in. The person behind the counter said "I can't confirm anything until I see some ID". That struck me as a little rude. Not a good first impression. Upon entry into our room there seemed to be a weird smell, I equated it to someone trying to cover up cigarettes smell. It never went away during our two night stay. The room appeared clean other then the smell. It could use some upgrades as the carpet looked very old. The layout of the room was strange as the sink was right next to the door. Not a very big counter. Our body soap dispenser was also missing. The shower had decent pressure but the bathroom is small. The walls seemed thin as we could hear others talking pretty clearly. The bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast was below average in our opinion. We stayed here while visiting Lassen NP. And noticed a lot of homeless people around town. Didn't have a safe feeling.
