  They make good money at this place by double charging their guests. Be extremely cautious with your credit card. I stayed 1 night, was charged for 2. When I called to explain the situation I was told repeatedly that I was only charged one for $179 but my credit card was billed $348. They refused to help me or even listen when I called so now I have to go through the credit card company and attempt to have the charges reversed. Not to mention the smell in the room, I'm not sure if it was mold or just dust and dirt but it never really went away despite the windows being open for hours. This is the first, and last time I will be stating here

  Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, grounds were well maintained, showers have great water pressure and heat, breakfast was above average and every front desk person I met was very professional and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again if I was in the area. They even have a gym and pool.

  This is a very basic hotel and it met our needs. Something I didn't realize is that the rooms are either single king or double full size bed, not queen. They apparently do not have daily maid service. The breakfast was standard Best Western. Nothing fancy but they offer eggs, sausage, cereal, pastries, coffee, juice etc. The room was bright- no blackout curtains, just shutters. Overall it was OK and we will probably come back.

  The room appeared to have only the beds prepared, with the floor unswept and exhibiting a significant amount of debris. Additionally, my vehicle sustained a break-in during the stay.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I showed up to this hotel and was given a room that still had urine in the toilet and had not been cleaned I was then moved rooms where there was dog hair and what looked to be feces on the carpet. I pulled up the sheets to find lots of human hair below the top sheet. This place is a health hazard and I encourage guests to call Tehema environmental health
