She said yes let me open it for you. I said I will just be back shortly as I have to run and get supplies for the meeting. Had a car load of food,beverages,ice etc. Went to front desk and now Myra a power tripped manager at front desk says, you can't have the room untill 10am. I said yes that's when it starts just wanted to get set up and ready. No you can't have the room 2 hours early. I said we paid for a full day but only need it till about 2 and just wanted to get set up real quick so im ready to start at 10. No you can not. Absolutly horrible customer service. And they say im a Gold honors member. Have had no problem in the past as we have used this room multiple times. Get off your power trip.

- DMDawn MacOct 22, 20254.0I stayed here as a simple get away for my bday. I wanted to treat myself but I'm a current cancer patient and I was just in a lot of agony. That said, the room was a nice size. Staff was wonderful. Central location to Ontario Mills and all it has to offer on and off mall campus. Down sides? I had no bath tub. Shower only so I couldn't soak my aching body. Also ants were EVERYWHERE in the shower and the kitchen area. I didn't report it because I was just tired. Breakfast could have more options but it's also free. I'm done with chemo now. After my surgery I'm going to return hopefully as a cancer free individual. Overall the pros outweigh the cons. The room size was lovely. Hotel was very clean (ants don't discriminate). I want to walk the area and actually enjoy the stay. The price was good. I'll see you all again in a month or two.
