This is the first time I go to this hotel and I was really impressed. The staff is so courteous and nice and so willing to help if there’s any changes to be made very very impressed with the staff. I look forward to staying there again. Rooms are very extra clean thank you guys for a great experience.

Clean rooms. Could not park on the property had to park off site. Hope my car hasn't been towed. No EV charger on site so I had to drive around to find one. Due to the charger issue I wasnt able to check in until 130am. Spoke with the front desk upon arrival, requested late checkout. The gentleman said no problem. Came down to eat breakfast asked Myra at the front desk what time late checkout was. She let me know they are completely booked and can't give anymore late checkouts. I let her know that was fine Im just trying to see what time late checkout was as I had already requested. She asked for my room number. Her body language was off, she looked really bothered. Let me know the night shift can't make those requests and we dont have late checkout. No sorry, no compassion just plain rude. I then asked to file a complaint and she let me know shes the assistant manager not even sure she filed a complaint so I will contact customer service after I leave. We left unwelcome and really put a dark spot on such a lovely hotel. I wouldn't come back if this lady still works here. Shocked she is even in hospitality.

The Hampton Inn has long been my hotel of choice when visiting home—a special treat for me and my grandchildren. We’ve always loved the children’s scavenger hunts and the waffle breakfast. However, our most recent stay was deeply disturbing.
Upon waking my grandchild, I discovered a large, old blood stain on the comforter that had been touching their face. After confirming there were no injuries to my grandchild, it was clear the bedding had not been properly laundered or inspected.
The service recovery was equally disappointing:
• Lack of Communication: I emailed the hotel directly and received no response until I posted my initial feedback.
• Unprofessional Tone: The staff member who eventually called was cold and never offered an apology.
• Broken Promises: I was told the General Manager would contact me; that never happened.
While 10,000 Honors points were deposited, I feel the $250 I paid for this stay was a gross overpayment for such a significant lapse in hygiene and service. This is not the standard I expect from the Hilton brand.
