- JYJenny YoungApr 4, 20265.0This hotel and all the staff are amazing! I have traveled for business for decades and can honestly say, this was my favorite stay. I called ahead and staff person, Shy, greeted me so confidently and warmly. She went above and beyond to make sure my reservation was noted for early checkin and travel with my dog, as I was so worried to arrive and be turned away. She stayed on the phone while I booked everything, then double checked all the special details. I even had the pleasure to arrive and there she was at the desk, smiling and welcoming me to the hotel. She is stellar! Also another special shout out to Julia at the front desk in the morning, she smiled so bright it uplifted my day. She was so good with every guest checking out. I enjoyed the hot tub, laundry, breakfast that was staffed by another wonderful lady, and housekeeping staff were all so pleasant. I loved the new hotel, big fresh room, and felt so safe. I recommend it highly.

In the morning Ms. Julia had such a radiant vibe and even though she didn’t know much about tire chains, she was super kind and helped us the best we can. Overall loved the staff at front desk who welcomed us, will be staying again if I ever come back out here!

Front desk staff, Shy, was exceptionally warm and professional. She checked me in swiftly and thoroughly, making sure my amenities points were added to my rewards account, greeting me as a rewards member, and making me feel welcome and appreciated. She was the best part of my stay.
