We spent 3 nights here recently.
The bad:
Room was pretty small, the in-room air conditioning unit is very loud. After the first night we turned it off at night so it didn't wake us every time it came on, towels were almost tissue paper thin.
The good:
Very clean room (this is very important to us), relatively quiet (although some guest were outside talking quite loudly the first night), good breakfast (I love making my own waffles) and decent coffee, better than average WiFi (about 50mbps up and down), Netflix available on a decent size TV.
We'd definitely stay there again.

Great hotel with great welcoming staff. A beautiful clean spacious breakfast area.
The only downside was a room overlooking the pool should have been described as overlooking the highway. The traffic noise didn't quit all night so it was hard to sleep. I had booked a room with an outside entrance but some how that didn't happen so the upgrade was to a room overlooking the pool. It sounded lovely til we realized how noisy it was

I don’t normally write reviews, but this situation prompted a review for this hotel. The only decent thing about this hotel was the location. Based on other reviews, it seems I am not the only one who has had problems with my stay. I am extremely disappointed with the outcome of this situation and lack of professionalism from the employees of this establishment, including the general manager due to the lack of effort in communication.
During this stay, the first room we stayed in was extremely hot. The temperature was upwards of 90° F with a broken air conditioner. The fridge was also broken. When I approached an employee, he was not truthful and said there was no other rooms available but to come back in the morning for a refund.
Another guest I was staying with went downstairs, and at that time another employee was present. We had a 6 year old child who is intolerant to heat. This was not a safe situation for him. At this time, the other employee booked us another room after they said “we have plenty available” when they realized our child was suffering in the heat of one of the rooms. Upwards of 90° or more in a room is completely unacceptable.
We moved to the other room which was downgraded from two queen beds to two double beds. We paid for the larger room with queen beds. Our new room was much smaller, not clean, the sink didn’t drain, fridge didn’t work, and there were bugs in the corner.
In the morning, I approached a new employee to ask for a manager. At the time, she said no manager was available but offered to see if she could help. I explained what happened, and also explained the employee before told me to come back. Her response was, “you know all of our rooms are the same size and going to be expensive?” Not only was that extremely untrue for our family of four and 6 year old child, I paid for the larger beds and was downgraded due to a broken air conditioner and it was extremely unprofessional.
After this, I called daily for about a week to speak to a manager. It was nearly impossible to reach a manager by phone. Since I booked through expedia, I called expedia to explain the situation. Expedia also tried to get ahold of management, and had no luck. Expedia was kind enough to give me $25 credit to my expedia account due to this situation. After about a week, I was able to get ahold of the manager. When on the phone with the manager, she lacked any professionalism or empathy for this situation. After a back and forth conversation between the manager and I, she offered to refund 50% of the cost of our stay back to my card. Before I could respond, she hung up the phone.
While I could go on and on and post pictures of emails, it was a very frustrating situation that should not have happened. Based on other reviews, I would pay a little bit extra to stay elsewhere. I am not looking for a response from management, but their rooms need updating and staff need to work on professionalism.
Hyak was at the front desk and was very rude. If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve stayed here multiple times and never had and issue. He tried to tell me that it’s a $200 deposit. When they don’t even take deposits. That’s the only reason we stay there because we come up for quick one day family trip. He went back n forth with me about it and then finally decide to not charge us for the deposit. He said it was incase something happened. What would possibly happen? We’ve stayed here multiple times. Seems to me he was being racists. He then gives us keys to a room that wouldn’t open. We had to come down stairs multiple times and I’m pregnant. Finally he changes our room but not before assigning the same room to another black couple. Who walked in us getting dressed. This couple was right behind us in line down stairs. So he did this on purpose. When confronted about this from us and the other couple, he gave no apology. We asked to speak to manager or anyone above him. He said it was no one above him at the property and that the manager wouldn’t be back until Monday. I called today and was put on hold for 5 min then told that the GM Naira would call me back. Still no word from her. I just took it up with corporate. I will never stay here again. You don’t treat people this way being walked in and n by strangers is unacceptable. They’re playing a dangerous game with peoples lives.

I was referred here by the place next door after they apparently didn’t have my reservation. My son and I arrived just after midnight, tired and ready to freshen up and get some sleep. I had originally booked for the weekend and then added an extra night. The service was good, and breakfast had a nice assortment — everything was enjoyable.
It’s not the business’s fault, but some guests don’t have manners or know how to use public food properly. I noticed people licking their fingers and then touching utensils or leaving lids open over food, and a few were coughing near the buffet. Again, that’s on the guests, not the hotel.
Our room was nice — two double beds for my son and me. The shower was hot, and the rooms were generally clean, though there were a few small blood spots on one of the beds. Not a big deal. Housekeeping came while we were out one day; they mostly made the bed and swept.
It was a bit noisy. There were a lot of people who seemed to be attending a baseball tournament. The people above us walked heavily, and a few guests on our floor were smoking in the hallway over the railing and coughing all night.
The TV was nice — I could connect Netflix, and they had a variety of shows for my son through the DIRECTV apps. There are plenty of food options nearby, which was convenient.
The only downside was with the $50 gift card. I booked last minute and wasn’t a member at first. By the time I decided to sign up, I was told I’d have to change my reservation, which seemed complicated, so I missed out on earning points for this stay.
Aside from that, I really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. Some places are hit or miss, but this was a hit for my son and me — a nice little escape from the world for three days. The staff I observed, especially the lady handling breakfast and cleaning the downstairs area, was very efficient and friendly, even though I don’t think English was her first language. Her daughters were there for a couple of the days we stayed.
