    Super service dès notre arrivée et jusqu’à la fin. La chambre était parfaite, même les personnes au ménage étaient souriantes. Mais un merci spéciale à Marie-Soleil qui était tout simplement parfaite.

    Le personnel est très agréable et très à l'écoute. Cependant, ma note vient de deux points qui ont tourné ces 3 jours en un calvaire. - Le A/C n'est pas centralisé, donc, vous avez un AC unit avec un compresseur qui tourne a 4 mètres du lit. Préparez vous a essayer de dormir avec un "bzzzzZZZzzZZZzzz" qui s'allume et s'éteint toutes les quelques minutes, rendant le sommeil soit impossible soit de très mauvaise qualité. - La connexion internet (le wifi) est limité à 1 SEUL Mb/s. Si comme moi vous étiez en mission et aviez besoin de transférer des fichiers de quelques Mb entre votre office et votre laptop, préparez vous a attendre des heures pour que cela se produise. Je remercie néanmoins le personnel car ils ont été très sympathiques.

    We stayed at Holiday Inn St-Jean-sur-Richelieu for 2 nights. The room was the cleanest I've experienced...anywhere! The linens, shower and beds were great! The restaurant on-site, Siam had a delicious dinner menu and a fresh breakfast. Staff were also so helpful and courteous! Thank you for making our stay a satisfying one!!

    Very nice hotel with a very comfortable bed! The restaurant is amazing, it’s a Thai themed restaurant and the food is wonderful! The front desk people, Sophie and Karim, could not have been more helpful with a mixup we had on our corporate rate. They were extremely easy to deal with and took care of us quickly! Highly recommend this hotel!

    Highly recommended stay with spotless rooms, fantastic service, and great facilities, including a gym and pool. Rooms were renovated last year so were modern and comfortable, especially the beds, with a robust heating system. The Thai restaurant Siam on the ground floor had delicious food with generous portions and amazing desserts, especially the chocolate fondant. All the staff were wonderful with a particular shout out for Marie-Soleil who was so helpful upon check out. Thank you again! Merci beaucoup!
