The absolute highlight of our stay was the delicious, healthy breakfast selection. Furthermore, the staff here were incredibly amazing—everyone showed such warm, genuine hospitality! We will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip to Quebec.

I drove across Canada for the summer and requested extra towels and an upgrade and they honored all of it. It's also in a decent location. Great job to them
- CBCarl BolducJun 30, 20264.0Going there this 2026 summer will be a hassle construction work all around and the access his restricted. Plus the rates are outrageous. The lone employee that was there at the time did her very best but they could have another one as it was very busy around that time.
- OPOlivia PochopskyJun 28, 20261.0We booked our suite with a crib. When I checked in and asked again, they told us they would bring the crib up later. They brought a crib up near our baby's bedtime, without a mattress or bedding (i.e. they just brought up a crib frame, no padding to sleep on, just wood base)... I, an English speaker, asked for one, and they indicated they don't provide crib mattresses or bedding of any kind. We have stayed before with them, and they have always provided the crib with bedding. My husband, a Francophone, managed to coax them to find a mattress, without bedding, from their back room after much discussion, but by then my baby was so upset and overtired. Beware if you have a young family, or if you are Anglophone, you may not have anywhere for your baby to sleep or may be discriminated against. Very disappointed and now we will have to cancel our upcoming stay with them. We paid $400 for this. Very disappointed.
