  We were at the holiday inn express in saint Foy and have absolutely nothing negative about the place. Rooms are spotless,service is exceptional, the breakfast area is so clean and the women working great you with a smile and good morning . The food was hot and soooo delicious.The location has construction but nothing to worry about ,it’s easy to get in and out. We highly recommend the Holiday inn express in Sainte Foy. You will enjoy your stay. Ron and Lise

  Son emplacement est parfait. Les employés sont très sympa .La chambre était très propre et les lits confortables.Déjeuner est complet. Il y a un petit gym et un spa de 3" de profondeur et assez large.

  We have stayed at many IHG hotels across North America over the years, and this is the very first time we have had such a disappointing experience. As senior citizens traveling with family, all we ask for after a long day on the road is a clean room and a peaceful place to rest. Unfortunately, when we checked into our room after 7:00 PM at Holiday Inn Express Quebec, we found used towels on the floor, unmade beds with messy sheets and pillows, and garbage left behind. It was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned before we were given the keys. Although we politely reported the issue and it was eventually addressed after a wait, the experience had already left a poor impression. Later that evening, while purchasing cup noodles from the hotel's snack bar with our friends, we politely asked for hot water. Instead of receiving a courteous response, the front desk manager reacted in a manner that we found unnecessarily negative and unprofessional. These are only some of the concerns we experienced during our stay. Unfortunately, situations like these often become a matter of one person's word against another's. Our advice to fellow travelers is simple: document everything. Record the condition of your room, keep photos and videos, and, where legally permitted, document conversations so there is an accurate record if issues arise. Our disappointment is not with the hotel's amenities, but with how these situations were handled. Hospitality is about more than just providing a room—it is about treating guests with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Sadly, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this property. We sincerely hope management reflects on these concerns and makes meaningful improvements so future guests receive the level of service that the IHG brand is known for. We also believe that the way people treat others has a way of coming back to them. Kindness and professionalism always matter.

  Very clean and tidy hotel and rooms. Beds are comfortable. Water pressure and temperature in the showers is great. Nice touch to offer both soft and firm pillows. Rooms are modern and bright with good lighting and a spot for everything. Safe included. Breakfast was quite good with plenty of healthy options. Lots of seating options including an outside patio. Even though it is right next to the highway you can tell that someone cares and they have added a little sun shade, patio lights, and greenery. Not close to the tourist spots but easy to get to off the highway. We left our car in the parking lot and took an uber to the old town. There is a tiny pool with some deck chairs too. They were able to check us in early as well.
